Westlake Ace Hardware

I really like this store! It’s a home town feeling and brings back the feeling of mom and pop days before big box took over everything. Love the smell of feed and leather and they offer the brands that I prefer as well such as Traeger, stihl, green egg, and yeti.

The employees at Ace really are always friendly and helpful. I don't think I've ever been in here and come across someone that seemed bothered to help me, and a lot of times I go in searching for something my husband needs me to get while he's at work so I'm even more lost than most 🤦🏽‍♀ but they always seem to understand what it is I'm looking for, going off of my husband's description, and get me what I need.

Got what I needed with the help of very knowledgeable associates, and was happy with the selection and variety available. I also found some items I'd been needing to get that were on sale.

What a fun place to shop and a hidden gem. They are much more than a "Hardware store". They have pet items, a Hallmark section, gifts like socks, grills, and pottery for your yard!

So I’m needy. I was given candy and coke for my low sugar. I bought what I needed and then some. Thank you Ace! I didn’t get the sweet angels name who gave me some Twix but thank you.

I find what I need and use the rewards system in special occasions! Love it. Will go back and always go back. It's still great! I found the blade my daddy uses since my fiance and I broke my daddy's first blade :/ loved it!

Rodney is so helpful and a breath of fresh air. He is what customer service should be everywhere. Very personable and loves people. I was so impressed with the store also. It was so clean and not what I expected from the outside. I did sign up for rewards and will use this store a lot more. Dale

Great place!! Very friendly people that always ask if you need help. They always have exactly what I need and more. The BBQ grill section is awesome.

I went to a pet adoption event for Fix West Texas. The event was very successful. The Ace employees were amiable and gave discounts on dog food for those who adopted. I went inside for a few minutes. The store was immaculate and well stocked, and Dominoes gave away a free pizza to families for dinner who adopted. It was a fun and pleasant experience. West Lake Ace were great hosts.

Every time I go to the store the help is great they're friendly want to assist you and to check out service is awesome

I’ve been shopping hear essentially all my life, with my grandpa and now my sons, they have great customer service, a relaxed, friendly atmosphere, and many unique bits that big box stores don’t carry and would otherwise have to be ordered. Definitely recommend.

Have alot of things the big box stores do not.

I still love this place. Prefer it to the giant chains. They have some of everything. Friendly service. Convenient and quick.
