I was very impressed by this store. Placed an order online and headed over. They were so friendly and customer service was amazing. Went to the counter and I was headed home within 5 minutes.

They have the bins accessible from outside the store also if you hate seeing people. 10/10 experience.

Best Buy is one of my favorite stores. This particular store has a very nice Magnolia section. If you want to dream on speakers that mere mortals will never afford, step into their back room and listen to a few. The employees are helpful and friendly. It's always an enjoyable experience dropping by.

At first we had a hard time getting someone to help us. But then, we got lucky and a lovely lady from customer service assisted us and even checked us out. She was so helpful to do price checks for us on a few microwaves and we ended up purchasing one from her.

If you are researching on where to buy your next appliance, stop, you’ve found the perfect place. After a negative experience elsewhere I came here. I’ll come here from now on. The selection was great, the prices comparable with other stores, and the employee that helped me was super nice! I also picked it up 2 days after purchasing. Best Buy in Midland was great. Helpful employees. Not only is the Midland branch great, had to go to Odessa branch as well a few days later and they helped me just as well.

We absolutely Love Best Buy. We get all our electronics there as well as refrigerators and washer dryers. We always go to Best Buy when we go to Midland. Every time. It's fun to look around and check out what they have, even if we're not looking for anything in particular. Excellent, Excellent, Excellent service and great atmosphere.

My father needed help badly with his New S24 phone.Well, he called Best Buy ,but the guy hung up on him.. My father owned a business .He is a mechanic, of course he needs his phone BUT MEAGON SAVED THE DAY FOR MY DAD..SHE WAITED PAITIONALY WITH US AND DID THE#1 THIN WE NEEDED IS TO DO IS RESET MY DAD PHONE.MEAGON WAS AWSOME AND I WISH MOST OF OTHRR EMPLOYEES WAS ATTENTIVE AS HER.MY HAT IS OFF TO YA.THANK YOU MEAGON AGAIN.WE WILL BE BACK CAUSE OF YOU.

Helpful and kind staff. I broke my HDMI port on my PS5. I wasn't able to find a solution, but the staff went above and beyond to try to find a solution. We tried USB C to HDMI, double USB C,
Ect. Nothing worked, but I'm grateful for the help.
