Amber is the best employee I’ve come across. She was helpful, friendly, and funny. I really do appreciate the help from her.

Helen was extremely helpful. Listened to exactly what we needed and searched to find the best item and price range for us. Made this experience very stress-free and easy. This is the only place I go to for computers!

Lily at the print counter was able to help me meet all of my needs. She made it so I did not have to return to the UPS store and make two purchases. I was able to save eight dollars by not going to the UPS store and I was able to save $2.30 at the Office Depot store. What an amazing staff member you have.

Using the Print Services today was SO fast, efficient and I got a spot-on perfect set of custom-designed invites printed, with envelopes to boot. What got produced in well under than half an hour I'd expected to have to come back to pick up tomorrow. Uh-uh. I got great customer service and observed others being treated just as well as I was.

Lily Barnes in print services was amazing. My stuff turned out great. I'm extremely satisfied. They did better than Walmart with my stuff. I highly recommend them. Thank y'all so much.

Went to Best Buy and no one wanted to help me so I searched someone out. He was rude and not helpful so I went to Office Depot. Ayden helped me and went above and beyond to find the item I was looking for! I will choose Office Depot for any future needs

The Midland Office Depot is the place to shop, as everyone of their staff are helpful, courteous, and professional ! The young associate Alyssa was amazingly knowledgeable and is very upbeat and goes above and beyond to assist in finding what I needed! In fact every employee there I interacted with right down to check out seemed to love their job... Will always return to this location, even though there is another one several miles closer to me, where I shopped many times and never got asked if I needed help.

This store is my "go-to" place for everything I need to be able to handle business. I am in there at least once a week for copies and/or supplies. I have purchased a laptop here and the support I receive from the staff is excellent.

Manuel and Pamela were the two most helpful employees I’ve ever encountered inside of an office supply store.
I went to staples first (because it’s closer to my home) and the “help” that I received at staples can be summed up as: horrible.
I called Office Depot from the staples parking lot and the item I was searching for had been located and placed at the front of the store for me prior to my arrival.
I’m nobody special and I was treated like a VIP!
If all of Office Depot’s customers are treated like I was, staples will soon be out of business.

I bought a laptop that turned out to be a display model. I called and they said they would be happy to replace it with a new one. Betty helped me out and she was wonderful. She was very friendly and went above and beyond to make it right. Her acts of kindness towards me gave me hope in these uncertain times. Office depot has a great employee in Betty. Thanks again!

Miguel and Pamela provided a level of customer service that was above and beyond.
I know it’s just office supplies and stuff, but when you need a specific item that is only carried by office stores, it is REALLY nice to have multiple associates make the process of locating & purchasing flow so seamlessly.
I really appreciate the help I received. ALSO, MIGUEL AND PAMELA ARE THE BEST!

The printing services here are AWESOME! Callen understood exactly what I needed and worked to give me a great print product. She is friendly and professional. I’ll certainly be back with such great service.

Incredible experience with both Miranda and Jose. Had an emergency and they took it with a smile. They didn’t make me feel like an Inconvenience and still filled everyone orders they already had scheduled.

Had a great experience with Alyssa today, she ordered wanted I needed quickly and shipping for free to my house! Very kind and helpful.

I arrived 30 minutes before closing and had a small print job. Staff took care of me promptly & with courtesy. The closing manager helped with an issue and was pleasant to work with. Great people, Great store.

I went several places looking for printer cartridges. When getting to your store you were out also. I was approached by an employee and asked if he could assist me. He said they had just received a truck and he would see if he received any. He found the one I needed. Office Depot is my go to place for office supplies from now on.

We love this branch in Midland and the folks who work there! They are helpful, patient, respectful and always do a fantastic job! 5 star service for sure!🤩

I am a teacher and it was AMAZING to go in and get what I needed and be helped so professionally! I always complain about the customer service in Midland, but Josephine here did an incredible job. I will no longer be shopping at Staples. Definitely recommend this Office Depot.

This store always has what i need

I drove over from Ft Stockton a 2 hour drive... I had a banner made and was hopeful they could look at my computer while I was there. Brain spent time on my computer figuring out what I needed. He was so informative. I was clueless of the type of protection I needed and he spent time educating me on the appropriate protection I needed. I could tell this young man wanted to help the customer instead of having me buy unnecessary software. I really appreciate the time and concern he gave. I will always go to this guy for any technician problems I might have
