Hand Cafe

The man who took our order was friendly and recommended a few flavors of iced lattes. I took one of his recommendations, and the brown sugar iced latte was excellent! My husband ordered the bacon and sausage crepe. He enjoyed the crepe but would have preferred to have more meat in it. I enjoyed my salmon lox bagle. Would like if it had a little less red onion, but it was still excellent. The setting is cozy. Clean and comfortable seating. Some cushioned chairs, a couch, tables, and a bar seating area too. Music wasn't too loud or distracting either.

Update: I try to go at least once a week! Everyone is so nice & friendly & they add new drinks & have more food! Go check them out!!

Great place to get some good drip coffee & a large snack I should say! I ordered the veggie flat bread pizza & let me tell you…DELICIOUS. It came with a side salad and I got the balsamic dressing which paired very nicely with it. I also ordered the soup of the day which they unfortunately did not have but the staff member called me right away and asked what I would like to substitute for it. I instead chose a chocolate chip muffin but the taste was a little off for me (which is why this isn’t 5 stars) but I work in a restaurant so I know sometimes not all same items will taste like we are used to tasting! It has indoor & outdoor seating but usually I take my food to-go. Definitely worth going always though!
Also to add in, the place is very artsy which is one of my favorite thing about the place as well. You see art and such good interior design in the inside!

Something as simple as a drip coffee was made to taste absolutely delicious. I have low expectations for drip coffee at nice cafes but this one did not disappoint. Their bfast sando was delicious 👌🏽a shame that they have less than 5⭐ just because people are homophobic and science-deniers. Inclusivity goes a long way and so does caring for the health of your community 🫶🏼

My favorite is the salmon bagel on everything bagel. They have a great selection of sugar free syrups for your coffee. Ambience comfy and unique setting in an office building.

Today I went to one of the better coffee places in Midland again. The Hand Cafe. I don’t live super far away so this is a semi-regular spot for me.

I guess it’s bad on me for just now getting around to reviewing it!

The coffee and food is first class. I enjoy the crepes and bagels there. The Hand has a nice little assortment on the menu that should enable everyone to find something they like.

I enjoy the Hand for the atmosphere mostly. I am not sure you will find a better atmosphere for relaxing and focusing on a book or work on your laptop, than at this cafe.

The staff is super doooper friendly. And they gave me a free t-shirt today which was really unexpected and cool.

I really dig their message of peace and happiness that comes across with their decor and staff personalities.

Try them out! They have a giant slide too… which I’ve never actually seen anyone slide down.

Edit- went in yesterday and the food is still amazing!!

I was told this place had some delicious treats and we were not disappointed! We tried the blueberry scone, churro donut, and the turtle brownie. Wow, so sweet and so good!

I also ordered the gyro with hummus and I will definitely order that again. Next time I hope to try their coffee and perhaps a crepe. Great variety of food. Definitely high on my list of excellent cafes in Midland.

Nice aura, however I went there when it was not busy, it is in a building that has Medical (Allergy) Center, not sure how crowded it gets.

Took a quick trip and grabbed some coffee and this awesome breakfast sandwich! Service was quick and friendly. The coffee is very good and that sammich was tasty too. Cool place to take the family.

Hand Cafe is a beautiful space offering delicious food and beverages. The crepes are delicious! The staff is so friendly and helpful. They also offer points toward future discounts with every purchase.

Why did I wait so long to try this place?! Staff was very nice. Cold brew is DELICIOUS, not watery and bitter like some other places. I also had a kids turkey and Swiss - not anything that my kids would actually eat. But I really enjoyed it. Will be returning with the kiddos soon, there’s a slide from upstairs to downstairs as well as a little play area.

I love Hand Cafe for many reasons: it's local, great coffee, and the food and treats never disappoint. I stop here for brunch and my mid- bike ride coffee boost. This place is a hidden gem in our community.

Great employees, great coffee, and a great time! I tried the Black Eye. It was delicious and gave me the energy I needed to get through the day. I recommend this place over Starbucks any day!!!

This is the Only place in Midland where you can get lox and cream cheese bagel. Well worth the drive from wherever

We love Hand Cafe. The food and drinks are amazing. I love the Salmon Bagel. My kids love the Nutella crepes. The coffee is delicious.
