Farmers Insurance - Reid Bailey

My late brother was an agent for another national insurance company as was I. Reid Bailey has shown to be the best in all areas of insurance ,knowledge of products and the business sense to tell you what you need and let you buy what you want. I have had two claims with Farmers, one my fault the other a liability claim, both were taken care of by the agent and claims adjuster. I am giving 5 stars for care and concern.

Roof claim was processed quickly and efficiently without a hitch. The Farmer's adjuster explained the numbers and made himself accessible through his cell number if we had follow-up questions or concerns. Reid then told us the good news . . . our home qualified for a higher policy coverage for less premium. Win-Win situation all the way around. Thank you, Farmers Insurance!
