Wish I could give 10 stars!!!! Food was amazing! Fast and affordable!!! Will definitely be back! Staff was very nice!!!! Tamales 10/10 and the combination nachos I could only eat half it was so big and cheap for the amount!!!!

This was a really incredible meal for me. I eat a meat based carnivore diet and I was excited to see they would sell me sides of meat ala carte for. I tried the shredded chicken, ground beef, fajita chicken, and fajita beef.

Be aware the ground beef has some potatoes in it so if you are on a low carb diet I would skip those. The fajita beef and chicken was incredible and I went back for seconds. I also got a side of sour cream and a side of shredded cheese to put on top. This was such a great option for me as someone who travels often and doesn't eat carbs. Highly recommend.

Had chicken fajita salad. Usually pretty solid place. Nice atmoshphere. Pretty quick. Prices are very reasonable.

Amazing!!! These folk definitely have a system in place and it's working pretty good. The most beautiful steak pieces I've ever seen on a fajita. Soo delicious!!

Good food but expensive for what you get. Location is easy to get into and out of. Clean and nice place.

We didn’t go in. But drive Thur is super fast. There is almost never a wait even if there is cars ahead of us. The god is sprays great, sometimes the boxes are a little messy but that’s because they’re super fast!!!

So I was a little temperamental with my first review of this place and now I know why. I was holding it to another level. The place looks authentic, and the design feels real. I just expected more but once I ate here today I get it. It is not authentic Mexican food , it is True Tex-Mex. Tex-Mex is a thing. I was just so caught up with eating real Mexican food, which is hard to find in Midland by the way, that I hard forgotten the very staple that brought me to love Mexican food. Tex-Mex.

The good is great, all the workers are nice but don't speak English well but other than that I highly recommend!

We went to Rosa's in Midland. It was taco Tuesday and we were going to go through the drive through but there was a ton of cars, so we went inside. There was a long line as well but they got us through quick. We got our food quick with no errors to our order. They were amazing considering how busy they were. They definitely work hard as a team.

3/22/23 I order 2 BeefFajita plate. that meat was the best fajita meat ever. Tell that cook that fajita meat was seasoned just right. It was awesome!!!!!😘😘❤❤

Ordered taco plate and received fresh tortillas? Whaaaaaaaaat? Not from the area and didn't expect this amazing goodness. Will definitely be back.

Great place for quick excellent Mexican food

This is the 1st. place we go to when my daughter picks me up from the airport when she has me come for a visit!! Breakfast or lunch it's always yummy!.

One of my favorites always pleased except on Tuesday 🌮 for some reason you get less meat mostly lettuce. I called back several times to complain, other than that I highly recommend

Visited for lunch Rosa's cafe on Big Spring street in Midland, TX and it was top-notch! I ordered the Chile Verde and was asked if I would like it in a tortilla bowl, I said sure. I had never ordered this dish before. The Chile Verde was extra spicy but an amazing flavor. If you like it on the hot side this is the dish for you! Comes with a side of rice and beans and drank it all down with a super cold Dos XX. Wait staff were very polite and the cleanliness of the establishment was great! Great lunch, great food, and great folks! 5 star rating for Rosa's Cafe & Tortilla Factory on Big Spring street in Midland TX today.
