I bought a car here July 2019. My favorite car I’ve ever owned and I haven’t had a single issue with it. High in miles, but it was incredibly well taken care of and I only have had to do regular maintenance on it. Will be the first place we stop when we get my husband a new car.

Bought a car here that after signing the deal i problems with the car ... however even though they didnt have to they gave us a loaner car and fixed out car at no cost. They done me right so i will recommend

This car lot is really good we have brought our last two auto's here a Mercedes Benz 500 convertible and our Mitsubishi Convertible they are honest with you and I'm always impressed by the ladies in the office great customer service and they always remember my name!!

It’s a car, you should go to the shop and test to see if there anything wrong with the before driving outta state and etc...

Went to look for a car and the lady was very rude!!! No one helped us with anything and they want way to much down I'm good I dodged a bullet lol

Terrible place! Not only sold me a vehicle (2014GMC Terrain)straight from the Auction with no INSPECTION, not even a inspection sticker on the vehicle. Tires that wouldn't even pass inspection, when I messaged to tell them how bad they were, they sent me a Walmart tire link. The motor started making a sound just a couple weeks into driving it, so I took it for a oil change, it had NO oil, only sludge. Someone had reset the oil gage without actually doing a oil change. I put 6,500 down on this vehicle thinking it would build my credit, they didn't report a single payment!!! And really got me when they had me paying $225 bi weekly, meaning months that have 5 weeks I'd be paying $675 a month which is
ABSOLUTELY INSANE!!
Well now the motor is blown not even a year of having the vehicle and they are still demanding me to make the payments. I've already paid them 12k and asking price was only 13,900. Their interest rates are ridiculous. Crooked crooked people!!

I got a truck from there and didn’t even have it a month and it needs a new transmission and they won’t give me my money back. Also, the lady didn’t even let me test drive the truck

Absolutely horrible experience. Was sold a car that within the first month of ownership broke down. Matt Casto does NOT care about customers - only how fast they can push a car out the door with little care for how things will end. Do not buy here. You have been warned.

Still paying on a car that wont even drive. Ive replaced so many parts and car still wont even start. Within the first couple of months we already started having issues. Pieces falling off the gear shift, fabric on ceiling fell down. Absolutely unacceptable.

Paying on a vehicle that we cannot drive we’ve put more money in this vehicle than any vehicle ever!! They didn’t acknowledge any issues or offer assistance at all!! Save yourself the trouble ,they sale lemons!!!
