What an amazing experience that was had. I took myself to dinner and first thing ordered was the shrimp appetizer and it came quick, hot, and it was way delicious. I'll definitely order that again. The complimentary bread was fire and took that to go to share with my family. My entree was the Outlaw Ribeye with the parmesan crust, and a Caesar salad, and the lobster and shrimp chowder. I can not complain whatsoever, the Caesar salad was fresh and bomb, the chowder had actual lobster and was hot and so very tasty. The ribeye was ordered rare and was cooked to PERFECTION, the taste was poignant and sublime and if I had a bigger stomach I would of ate the entire ribeye. The service was impeccable, my waitress was Miss Alyssa N., she was tentative, professional, friendly and she is about the only thing better than everything else. Alyssa is a sweetheart, beautiful, kind, and she is just a great person and I'm grateful for her, the service, the food, the chefs, and even the hostess was incredible!! Definitely coming back again, and next time with the family! Thank you Longhorn Steakhouse for such a phenomenal experience!!

Well after very poor service and food at the Salt Grass Steakhouse I decided to try Longhorn and so glad I did, I sat at a table and received prompt and friendly service. My server Trenton I believe was his name was very welcoming and friendly, I ordered the white cheddar stuffed mushrooms for my appetizer and then the Atlantic Salmon with baked sweet potato and fried brussel sprouts, I also had a blue moon beer. The mushrooms were tasty and so was the rest of my meal, the salmon was great not over cooked but nice and tender. Loved the baked sweet potato with butter and brown sugar, if you have never had it I definitely recommend it. My server didn’t smother me but checked and asked how everything was, offered me dessert and was exactly what a server should be. I worked in the restaurant industry as a server and dining room manager and more places need people like him working, great experience and will go here again before I head home to Colorado on Monday… Lots of great choices something for everyone and great vegetarian options.

I have eaten here a few times, and this is by far the best service I have had in any Midland restaurant and I have eaten at many of the restaurants throughout Midland and Odessa. I don't know what has changed but the service from the hostess, servers, bussers, expediters was so good. I worked in the food and beverage industry and even though this is a chain restaurant it was like a well oiled machine, they have it together and the food was even on point. Don't let the past reviews deter you from having dinner here, my sirloin steak was perfect along with my crispy brussel sprouts and asparagus. Kudos to Taylor my server, Paige and the whole staff, this is what a dining experience is supposed to be like. You should feel proud for how you handle your dining room and how you take care of the guest. Highly recommend this place.

The food was amazing. We had so much fun. Good time with good friends. I wish I knew our waitresses name I totally forgot but she was super nice. She was an older lady with blonde hair. Such an amazing waitress.

We celebrated our 4 year wedding anniversary here recently. Everything was perfect! It was our first time eating there and we were shocked how we had never eaten there. We shared the onion petal app, the 20oz T-bone, salad, baked potato, and mac and cheese. We had the lava cake for dessert. My husband had two beers, and I had water. It cost us less than $70! I was all so delicious and one of the best steaks we have had at a restaurant. We will definitely be back!

Longhorns has been very consistent with their foods. Wife loves the salads that they have and of course the steaks are great as well! Even on days that I'm not that hungry, ordering the chicken tenders is always a hit for me! Definitely a staple here in midland if you're looking for a good steakhouse.

Met up with some friends, had a wonderful dinner. Got right in, and the place was very enjoyable. Food was amazing.

We were here for Mother's Day today. Wonderful experience, excellent service, and the manager even offered us a Free Dessert. Well worth a wait and visit. Will eat here again.

Great steaks, great value for money. After we waited a bit longer than expected between ordering drinks and food the rest of the service was great.

when we arrived luckily today there was no need to queue, despite that we had to wait 5 minutes, but the attention was wonderful, the food well prepared and well cooked ,I recommend the place to share with family and partner

This was our first time at this business.The Tonions were breaded lightly and fried to perfection. My Parmesan Chicken was very generous in size (I ordered the 9 ounce available at lunch) and steamed broccoli done just right with full color and no overcooking. Spouse felt breading was too thick on Chicken Fried Steak and fried okra was breaded as full pods not cut. Many of them still retained part of the stem. We ordered dessert to go - they were out of Molten Lava Cake so the Chocolate Stampede it was. This dessert will FEED four people a dessert! Extremely generous size (ice cream packed for freezer). Connie was attentive without being overbearing. We will definitely return as there are other menu items I would like to try.

One of the best restaurants in Midland. I love all the food and they have so many options for steak. My only complaint is that they overcooked my steak the last two times but they’re more than happy to whip you up another one real quick. They usually have a good happy hour everyday as well.

Not big on chain restaurants but this one was extra tasty! Had great service! Food was perfectly cooked. Worth the wait.

Matt & Connie are so jam up, always remember my name and order and always have a smile and witty conversation. Food is always on point, 10oz Salmon, asparagus and rice. Staff has always gone above and beyond and friendly. My goto place.

Beautiful environment, our waiter was beyond expectations wonderful customer service! Food was fast and so delicious! Great drinks as well. Highly recommend trying this place out if you haven't.

Very good steak sandwich and the fried okra was amazing. Our server was friendly and efficient. Makes me want to go back and order the vry same thing!

Our waitress was amazing, I believe her name is Lacy. She kept up with our drinks, and everything we needed and didn’t bother us too much. Food came out fast and our order was correct on the first time. Food was delicious. They also have a variety of alcoholic beverages. Had a margarita and it was amazing. Appetizers are delicious as well.
