I walked in stone 1am and was greeted by a sweet young man (nathaniel if memory serves me). He knew his store. When I asked for fix a flat (not something you're asked about everyday) he knew exactly what I needed and where it was. I am disabled and walk with a walker. He offered to put the fix a flat in my tire for me. It was so appreciated because something like that is so hard and painful for me. But he didn't stop there. He met me at the air station and filled my tires. He was so respectful, helpful, charming (not creepy charming). I have been in the customer service industry for many years so Iknow customer service. This kid has it and you know it's natural and not forced. Thank you nathaniel for all your kind help.

Convenient gas station with store.

Went in there the store smelled bad. Went in there to pay cash for gas. Told the young gentleman working 30 on pump 2. Went out there to start pumping wasn’t working. Went back in total. It wasn’t working told me I told him three. Gave me attitude about moving the pump to what I had asked in the first place

Absolutely garbage. Card readers aren't working at the pumps, and the clerk said "oh, I don't know why they keep doing that". Obviously it's a recurring problem.
Then, I asked if it was going to give the discount for using my Rewards points. She said "oh I don't know anything about that".
Equipment doesn't work properly, and the staff is clueless. Really makes me want to come back again, right?
