Dusty Walker at EIS was a great help during my recent home insurance claim. Even though he wasn’t even my agent at the time, he disputed my water damage claim after it was declined by the insurance company. Ms Tebo was amazing! I don't think I have ever said that before about an insurance agent. She is all the things you want in a insurance agent, knowledgeable, professional, thorough and responsive. But more than that, after she found a policy that saved me money and provided more coverage, and then she came back and said let's look at this again because I think there is a way to save you more. I had put off changing insurance because like everyone else I am busy and I didn't have time to track down paperwork or numbers but she said don't worry I can take care of that, and she did! I have recommended her to several friends. Thank you again!!
