The Bottle Tree

It was our first time there and the restaurant was neat and clean and won’t be our last time here!! Very friendly service! We had fried Oakra and cheese curd's. Just great!! Our daughter had a simple kids cheese burger slider and fries and she enjoyed it. My wife had the filet with mashed potatoes and Brussel sprouts and I had the 12 oz ribeye with the same sides and the steaks were delicious and cooked to the way we liked. And hands down the best steak I’ve had in awhile. The chocolate bread pudding was so good and the crème brûlée also! Our server was great! I can’t wait to try the lobster ravioli next we go.

Die hard foodie here, with what some would call "too high standards" when it comes to food. As a self taught cook/restaurant owner I can't say enough about the food. This plate especially. My goodness they knocked it out of the park with the most perfectly seasoned and cooked filet I've ever been served, paired with creamy, buttery, mouthwatering loaded mashed potatoes, and fried okra that would embarrass a lot of southern grandma's. This was the most delicious plate of food I've ever had the pleasure of eating. Kudos to Jess and the rest of the kitchen staff!!!
The service was top notch as well. Brianne took such good care of us, as usual. Everyone was so nice and welcoming. Can't recommend this place more.

It was my 1st time eating here; I was invited for a birthday dinner. It was well worth the 35 min drive. This is a hidden gem! The owner is a really sweet lady who inherited the restaurant from her mother - she stopped by our table & spoke with us for a little bit. The atmosphere is loud with conversation and the hustle and bustle of restaurant noises, which I enjoy.

I ordered a blackberry margarita. It was delicious & I could definitely taste the tequila. I also had fried okra, collard egg rolls, and stuffed mushrooms. The fried okra was fresh, seasoned perfectly, & crunchy - came with a dipping sauce similar to Zax sauce. The collard egg roll was interesting. It tastes like greens & crispy cornbread all in one. The stuffed mushrooms were amazing. They had cream cheese & bacon in them with a balsamic glaze - yum! For my entree, I had the ribeye with crispy Brussel sprouts, mashed sweet potatoes, and a Ceasar salad. The ribeye was juicy & grilled to perfection. Those were the best mashed sweet potatoes I’ve ever had- a must try! The Brussel sprouts were a little too crispy for my liking. The Ceasar salad was good. We ordered strawberry bread budding and cinnamon vanilla creme brûlée for dessert. Both were delicious!! The bread pudding was fluffy and fruity. The crème brûlée tasted like a cinnamon roll. So. Good.

Overall, I really enjoyed this place. The servers were great - each one who passed by would ask if we were okay or needed anything. My ticket was less than $80. I would go back to this place for sure! If you are thinking about going, GO!!

We drove to The Bottle Tree after work with 5 staff members, about 20 minute drive from South Dothan, we were in for a treat.

We got there and I told the greeter we had driven all the way from Nebraska to dine with them tonight. Their response was "do you have reservations"??
They found a way to get us in to a mostly full restaurant. The owner came over and we chatted about Nebraska. She said her dad had went to University of Nebraska but finished in Florida. She said she was born in Lincoln. Well that gets you favored status I guess, the service was spectacular all evening.

The restaurant has wall drawings of influential people that had helped them start the restaurant which was pretty cool.

Most of us had the Snapper with some spicy macaroni that was simply to die for. We ate every bite.
After dinner we order strawberry shortcake and Banana pudding.

The shortcake was good but the banana pudding was not of this world it was so good. I will go back for the pudding alone !!

Do not pass up a dining experience with this crew at this restaurant.

We had a wonderful date night at the Bottle Tree restaurant. We were seated right away thanks to our reservation. Our waitress, Brianne, was impeccable! She was extremely knowledgeable, citing the specialities of the night along with famously known drink specials. She brought extra condiments and bread and even sweetened my tea and drink!!! This place is a treasure and she is the diamond! Absolutely will go back!

I really like the environment of the restaurant. I got the bacon-wrapped filet mignon, which came with loaded mashed potatoes and crispy brussel sprouts. It was good!

We love the Bottletree. Whitney and her team do an amazing job of providing a wonderful place to gather, eat some great food, drinks and have an amazing experience.

As a former Chef in the area, I give this place, Whitney and her crew 5 Stars well deserved. So great to have such a find in our area where we can go back again and again.

Took my two daughters for our 13th annual Christmas dinner together and the experience was fantastic as it has been every time I've had dinner there. Service was great, food was great and the facility is always neat and clean.

Filet mignon was great with the Brussel sprouts and potatoes. It’s a small setting so can be loud at times when everyone is talking. Would definitely go again!

Delicious food and wonderful service. After three years of not being able to celebrate our anniversary due to severe health issues, we were able to enjoy a memorable meal . The steak was perfectly cooked, the lemon curd cheesecake was delightful. We will go back

We were visiting my wife's home town. This is a nice restaurant even for a big city. We were thrilled. Ate with six of my wife's highschool friends and they knew everyone who came or left. We look forward to next time.

This is the second time in just a few weeks I've come to this restaurant. The food is amazing. I don't think anyone in our party of 4 had anything left on their plate. We drove about 20 minutes just to dine here and it was well worth it. We will be back! The entire Jeffers team are huge fans of the Bottle Tree!

The steak, salad, Brussel sprouts and mashed potatoes were all top notch, probably the best I've ever had anywhere. I could practically cut my 12 oz steak with a fork. Our beef egg rolls were overcooked and the snapper/ crab pasta was average. The atmosphere was listening to a lot of dishes rattle and overhearing other tables conversations, the room has an echo that probably can't be helped...not good. Our meal was $100 with the %20 tip. I'd go back.

Our first time dining here, last night. We had reservations for 6PM....2 other couples there when we arrived. Had the bacon/collards egg rolls....very good. Wife had one of the specials: pork medallions (4 nice sized) and collards n blackeyed peas on the side. Being from the south, she loved it. I had Sausage and Shrimp Pasta with a Creole Cream Sauce. A very tasty dish! Finished with Strawberry Shortcake and Creamsicle Cheesecake.....both were really excellent.
1. Recommend reservations. By the time we left (7pm), the restaurant was half full and filling quickly.
2. Agree with a previous post....you're going to drop $100 a couple (plus tip)....but no complaints for what we received.
3. Agree with previous post; it is loud. Bare wooden ceiling, bare hardwood floors and hard, mostly bare walls ricochet the sounds of the restaurant. Really could use "something" to cut the noise. But that said, it was our only "down" in our experience.

Best fine dining in the Wiregrass. Nothing in Dothan can touch it. Expensive but everything is now due to Biden's inflation. Well worth trying.

Best restaurant in the area, I recommend a visit because of their fun approach to great food. Every week the Chef creates special menu items to feature that are different from the week prior. Every time I’ve been the food is on point and the service is the best in the industry with very attentive and polite staff. Save room for their incredible deserts. Steaks are always a favorite here as well as grouper, snapper, and triple tail entrees. I’d highly recommend the Headland Bottletree for any occasion. …Call head and make a reservation or show up and try a seat at the bar!

I have been wanting to visit this place for a while and finally made my way. My husband and I were so happy with everything. The food, cocktails, service, and atmosphere. If you are looking for a cozy place in Headland, this is it. Make your reservation and enjoy.

We had a amazing dinner at the bottle tree tonight. I love me some good heathy food and great service. The atmosphere was fun very nice and friendly. I’ll be coming back.
