New patient to Dr. McCardle, but I have had a great experience so far. The staff has been very helpful and accommodating. I like the personal touches with reminders, updates and communication that I have experienced. I received a call and thought is was going to be a robocall for my appointment reminder but it was a real person calling from the office to make sure I had everything I needed. I feel like they truly care about their patients. The entire staff, including Dr. McCardle have been so helpful with understanding processes and options. They explained everything that they were doing and shared feedback afterwards. Thank you. I also was very been impressed with the updated resources and technology that they have added for care and treatment.

I truly believe God put people in your life for reason sometimes we may not understand. I have been with Dr.McCardle since 2019, and since my first appointment I knew that God made no mistakes. The McCardle family has became people that I’ve shared laughs and tears with over the years of my reconstruction of my smile. I’m truly am grateful and words can’t express enough how much gratitude I have towards Dr.McCardle for giving me my smile back. If you are looking for a dentist Dr.McCardle is one amazing dentist! An very good man, god fearing most of all even down to the wife and daughter and most of all his amazing staff. I’ve sat in denial for a couple of days. But it truly is a fire on the mountain!

I had a great experience here! I am normally terrified of dentists, but the people here were so sweet and made me feel right at home. They also gave me great advice on maintaining my clean teeth and what to do at home. They answered all my questions that I had. I would highly recommend this company to anyone!

Everyone in the office is so nice and so helpful! Dr. McCardle him self is also amazing.. he explains everything he is doing before he does it, which my last dentist didn't do that... he is great with the kids as well.. I am a mother of 4 and the kids say he is by far their favorite dentist, and that they have the best treasure box..lol..I definitely recommend Dr. McCardle :)

So grateful for this wonderful staff! They treat you like family! I have had several bad situations with my dental history and these folks were my saving grace! Can’t brag about Dr.Mccardle and his wife Tonya and there daughter Bethany, etc there all amazing!

I have known Dr. McCardle for more than 20 years. I have known his secretary and most of his staff for an extended period of time. They always greet me with a smile and a kind greeting. His secretary does a great job of scheduling and I have never had a long wait. Dr. McCardle has put together a great team of dedicated professionals. His office is filled with up to date technology and imaging equipment to enhance patient care.

I have found being in his dental chair a relaxed experience. He enters the room in a cheerful mood. He is thorough in his work. He recently found a small crack in one of my teeth and I am already scheduled for a filling. Dr. McCardle takes care of dental problems before they become problems. When he found the small crack in my tooth, he said to his hygienist “let’s keep a watch on this one” and gave her a tooth number. He said to me “you probably didn’t know you had that.” I didn’t!

Dr. McCardle has a unique ability to explain a procedure to those without medical knowledge in lay terms that anyone can understand. He may talk to his hygienist or to other doctors in medical terms but he is careful to explain to those of us who lack medical knowledge in terms we know.

I have been and continue to be impressed by Dr. McCardle’s quality of work, his devotion to his work and by his faith.

In summary, I am happy to say “Dr. McCardle is my dentist!”

Excellent experience. Dr. McCardle and his staff are wonderful people. The office has great technology. I received a crown that they were able to print right there in the office. I got my crown the day I went in rather than having to wait several weeks for it to come from a lab. I will whole-hardheartedly recommend using Dr. McCardle.

I am pretty old and have had many crowns. I recently went to Dr. McCardle in Headland, Al. and was shocked to see the high-end technology he has in his office. They did an image of the tooth and surrounding area that needed to be crowned and then using a machine similar to a 3-D printer, made a crown while I waited. The process took about 2.5 hours but I didn't have to wear a temporary crown for weeks. You cannot tell by looking which is the crown they produced. It fits perfectly and was much less expensive than any other crown I have ever been fitted with!
I highly recommend this group!!

Almost a year later, I feel very fortunate to have found such a friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely caring dentist with staff to match his level of excellence! We have been going to Dr McCardle for 20+ years and have always been pleased with our care. I just had some major work done that is beyond amazing. I look like a different person. Oh and let’s not forget his staff! They are beyond kind, caring and so considerate. Can’t imagine going anywhere else! Thanks for y’all you do!

This is one of the dentist i have been to. I will refer him to anyone. Theres always laughter and a great spirit in his office. He makes you loose track that you are at a dentist. The receptionist are always smiling and welcome u in with a smile. Big thanks to all his staff especially Linda. They are the greatest.
