Exceptional experience with Rick and team at Den-Son, from the initial evaluation to the completed installation of a Trane heat pump and air filtration system. They offered several options, competitive pricing and did a great job with the installation. Nate and crew was very knowledgeable of the system installed and was able to answer all of our questions throughout. We love that they are local and would highly recommend their service!

Den-son has been doing maintenance on our old AC and furnace in the past. So when it came time to get a new one we called Den-son. Rick came out and gave us a quote on what it would cost and explained everything about what we would be getting. Then the crew came out and put it in. All of the crew was very professional. They were very polite and cleaned up their mess when they were done. Then at the end Nate sat with me and explained how the new thermostat would work and how to hook it up to my phone. I would highly recommend Den-son.

We purchased a home in Godfrey, and the existing a/c was from 1989. We decided to upgrade to a more efficient model, and the entire team at Den-Son was spectacular. From the quote appointment all the way through the install. The setup crew were very polite, on time and cleaned up the former area beautifully. Thank you Rick & Team!!!!

Den-Son Inc. Cooling and Heating has always provided great service for my family and I ! Last night Rick made an emergency call to our house. The AC had not worked all day. My wife has a in home daycare and it was 87 degrees in our house when I got home at 6:30 pm. We have known the Boren family for many years and they have always went above and beyond to take care of us ! I had several meetings with Rick to discuss my HVAC project.

We came to an agreement of the best Trane equipment for my budget.
Rick arranged for free financing for the new equipment.
Everything that Rick promised during our meetings was completed.
Nate and the members of the installation crew are awesome.
They really knew how to complete the project start to finish.
I would totally recommend and work with Den-Son again on a future project.

There crew showed up to install they were very professional. They done a wonderful job on installation. When completed they cleaned up the area. They then explained how the system works and what expect from it.

I have been a customer of Den-Son for going on 31 years. Their technicians are the best, but what sets Den-Son apart is that they really care about their customers. If you have a problem they don't stop until they find a solution. I can't recommend them highly enough.

At Circle T Steel we used Den-Son for heating and cooling. They were very polite, professional and cleaned up before they left. We would highly recommend them.

AC died late Sat afternoon when it was 94. Nate answered the call and gave a full explanation (pros and cons) of repair plus buying new unit. Den-Son worked a small miracle after we decided on new on Monday. Our unit was up and running by 4 pm on Wednesday. Just in time for Thursday high predicted to be 98. Also they loaned us a portable unit Mon thru Wed. Everyone person was professional and did their job well. We would absolutely recommend Den-Son to anyone.

Thank you for such a great experience. The Den-Son team installed a split geothermal system on time and with great professionalism despite weather and other blockers completely out of their control. They worked diligently to exceed my expectations.

We are so glad we called Den-Son to replace our old air conditioning unit. I really cannot say enough good things about the company. I can't say enough great things about the service I received from Den-Son. My issue was somewhat unique in that it involved a water pipe leak with the radiant heat tied to my boiler system. Den-Son came to the rescue quickly and remedied the issue with minimal costs. They certainly have a new customer going forward. Many thanks to Rick, his son, and the rest of the Den-Son Team!

We’ve used Den-Son numerous times in the past 20 years or so and they have always been professional and did a great job for us, no matter what it was. Last year a whole house generator and now a new central air unit. Thanks for being prompt and hard workers.

These guy's/gal's are the bee's-knees! They've helped me with the new install of 3 Furnace+AC units now and I couldn't be happier with both their product and service. They've earned my business each time with comparable and timely bids. On one instance, they were at the house installing before I'd even heard back about scheduling from the competition. Rick came out to repair my boiler system that wasn't working. I previously had another company come out but they were not trustworthy or reliable. It took countless hours fixing the wiring that was messed up and making sure that it was safe before he would leave. Without a doubt a lesser man would have given up but he was determined to make sure I had heating that was safe for my 2 small children and myself. I can not say enough how thankful I am that I found Rick at Den-Son. His reviews speak for themselves on how much of a good company they are. Look no further if you need a heating and cooling company.

Edit to add: We found ourselves needing AC work done once the heat wave hit. As always Rick made sure to get someone out to us very quickly. I left the original review up because I want people to see what great service they make sure to give no matter what weather. This heat wave has been brutal for everyone and they still managed to come out with a smile and great attitudes. Thank you so much Rick for all you do and how you’ve helped us out.

We had a new air conditioner and furnace put in by Den-Son, Inc. Such a nice job. Cleaned up when done and did such a nice and neat job installing them. The guys were gentlemen and explained the units after all were installed. I would recommend them to anyone. Rick even came out two times before we decided to have them installed. Thanks guys! Recently our unit in our sunroom wouldn’t work, so we called Den-Son Heating and Cooling. They have always given us good service. So he researched until he found us the right unit, they came and installed it in less than an hour. They were very efficient and cleaned up everything. Thank you Den-Son

Den-son Inc. has taken care of the boiler in our home, since we purchased our home. So when the Air conditioner went out we called Den-son.
Rick Boren came out and gave us a quote to install a Trane Air conditioner for us.
Said he could get us a unit installed in May for us.
Got a call from Den-son first week of May, and our unit got installed this week.
Couldn’t ask for better service than that.
The very Professional and an outstanding crew of three did a great job.
Would recommend them to anyone!!
