Firstly, Chris and Andrew, the initial contacts, were incredibly knowledgeable and patient. They took the time to thoroughly explain the options available to us and helped us choose the best solution for our roofing needs. William was our on-site manager the day the roof was replaced and was incredibly courteous and respectful too - he even sent us photo updates of the roof during the process.

The final roofing turned out beautiful. The crew was on time. The work was completed timely in just a few days. The crew cleaned up everything multiple times to make sure there no nails or any debris was left around or near our home. End to end 5 star service. From the inspection to the claim, order the roof to the installation, even the cleanup. We had a large roof with architectural peaks and valleys. they knocked it out with a large professional crew in 2 days. just outstanding. highly recommend -> Drew Busen!

I had Midwest Roofing take care of my commercial property in Osage Beach. They did such a great job with making sure that they did things the right way. The fixed a terrible flashing job from the previous roof install that reused all the old material, causing me more cash because someone wanted to do it for cheeper.

I would highly advise anyone replacing their roof to use MW and their team. Mike and his install team were top notch and got this big job done right.

Midwest Roofing provided a great experience replacing my roof. There communication skills were top notch. At one point there were two supervisors Jami and Mike and my sales guy Andrew, on site. We were very pleased with the job Midwest Roofing did, from their initial inspection & assessment, through the explanation of options & upgrades, and right through to the finished job. The clean up and finishing touches were very thorough. I highly recommend their work.

Our experience with William and his crew on installation day was above what anticipated. They arrived on time and immediately got to working. William stayed in touch with me throughout the entire process. I was worried there would be a mess left over such as nails and debris. I have small children who play outside frequently so this was a big concern for me. Williams crew picked up EVERYTHING and I mean everything!! I have yet to find a single nail left behind. If you are in need of a new roof Midwest roofing is the way to go! Thank you William and your fantastic crew!!

This whole team, from Andy in sales, Brenda in admin and finance, to Corey and the team at installation, was amazing! They were extremely friendly, helpful, thorough, and they started in the timeframe we were expecting in spite of storms and such. The whole installation was done in a day. They kept us informed of the different processes while dealing with insurance, etc. The new roof looks beautiful! Highly recommend!

Midwest did an amazing job with my roof, as a person who has to pay attention to detail to its finest spectrum I'm a hard person to please because i notice everything due to my profession. Midwest assured me i would be getting a quality roof that i would be satisfied with and that's exactly what i got. 10/10 great job guys!

Nothing but great things to say! From Drew who we first made contact with, to Jami and Zach the superintendents on the job site to the hardest workers I've ever seen in the men who roofed our home. Samuel and his team did an amazing job on our roof!!! They were fast,did great work and cleaned the job site. Lathan and Mirissa were also a pleasure to work with and handled dealing with the insurance company, overall very pleased we went with Midwest Roofing thank you guys!!!

Before the actual work, they were in constant communication with me. The people on the phone were very pleasant and courteous. The estimator was very helpful. He went out of his way to help me set up the financial plan as well as sending photos of what he was talking about. Since I am 5 hours away from the house, this was very helpful. They worked with me on scheduling the work and once they started they were very efficient in completing the job. They would work daily until dark. I was so impressed with the clean up as well. Not a piece of old roofing or scraps could be found. The supervisor on the job was very helpful in explaining different areas that I needed to be aware of . My experiences with Midwest Roofing was outstanding. On a scale of 1-10 with a 10 being excellent, I would rate them a 10+. I would recommend them for any roofing job

April & AJ from BEN HUR Seamless Gutter Co. came today a replaced our gutters. Very professional and very friendly! We’re so impressed with Midwest Roofing and their contractors! In just a couple of weeks we have a new Premium Roof, soffits & facia, and now new gutters. Mission accomplished. We’re very satisfied with Midwest Roofing!!

During the recent sale of our home near Camdenton, the inspection identified a loose section of shingles that needed to be repaired. Our realtor referred us to a a local roofer however he could not help us for months and said he did not know anyone with availability to help us. That day I ran into Victoria Dull with Midwest Roofing and explained to her the situation and that we needed to get the repair done within 2 weeks. She said she believed they could do the job for us and came to our house later that day to look at the roof and start working on an estimate for the repair. The next morning we had the estimate and contract to sign with an assurance they would meet our timeline.

They did the repair within the 2 weeks and while fixing the shingles identified another minor issue that was not found during the inspection. They provided options on how to fix this, which we did.

They did a follow up inspection on the work done by their roofer and made sure everything was cleaned up.

We were very impressed with Victoria’s responsiveness and the work from Midwest Roofing. Based on our experience, we highly recommend them.

Frank Senter from Midwest Roofing was very professional and helpful. This was our first time replacing a roof and Frank was there every step of the way. On the day the roof was replaced, the crew showed up about 7:30am and were done by 2pm. The company negotiated with our insurance company directly so while we were in the loop, it was very hands off for us. I highly recommend this company!
