Oh my God, the staff and doctors are so wonderful. When I called Southeastern to schedule appointment, the young lady put my right in on the same day I called. Never knew that was going to happen. I has no insurance, and that was no problem with them. They treated me with love and respect. They was so understanding and patience with me. The place was very clean inside and out. I definitely felt like I was at home with all my love one's. I thank you Southeastern Dental Center, I love you all so very much.

The staff and dentist were very nice. I felt they truly cared and answered all my concerns. They actually communicated with me which is rare in today’s society. I appreciate their dedication and concerns especially for their new patients. I will recommend them to other people and I will be back.

I had an emergency abscess, was in so much pain. I called for an emergency appointment and was in and out with no pain. Dentist was so easy understanding of my fright of dentist,pain free, truly showed compassion and really concerned for me. All the staff was excellent. Best part no extra charge for the emergency appointment. Highly recommend!!!

It was my first time coming here and I must say everything was perfect! I love how friendly all the employees are they offered neck pillows, glasses, etc. so that you may be comfortable during your visit. I had a terrible tooth ache that I’ve been dealing with for months now and they pulled it out that very same day; even during the dentist constantly asked if I was okay I really appreciated that! Shows me he really cares about his patients! Best dental facility I’ve ever been to! Thank you so so much! I will definitely be back! I really recommend this place! 😊

I was very impressed by the time I came into the office. I was welcomed by the staff, they introduced themselves with explaining the different rooms and what is done, each person introduced themselves to me as well as asking about me and life then a welcome gift which really impressed me as well. When the dentist came in they told him about me and what was my issue as to why I was there. We then went over everything and gave me options and came up with a plan that we both agreed to.
I felt totally comfortable and not pushed into anything that I didn't want.
Before I left I already knew I was coming back.
I felt like I was part of the family there

Today was my first day here at this location and I must say that every single person there was very informative welcoming and friendly. They made my experience very easy and smooth. I will most definitely recommend anyone to this office!

I had an excellent experience. The dental assistant, Cameron, was very polite and made me feel right at home. I was impressed from the moment I was given a tour of the facility.

I walked in with no appointment and a real messed up tooth. Photos below!. I had just had a bad experience with another office, but needed something done asap!. I walked in, they pit me right on the schedule, the ladies in the office were kind and efficient!. I got right back there and got the ballrolling, not long after Dr. Jesepen walked in and said yeah we gonna do this now!. He wouldn't let me wall out with a tooth like that!. I'm truly thankful for the way the whole office staff and Dr treated and cared about weather I left feeling better!. Ilthey are now my entire families dentist!.

I had a dental emergency and they got me in the same day. They were able to repair my partial on site. Everyone was very nice and Dr. Jeppesen was especially helpful. He repaired my partial and it fit better than before. I signed up for one of their membership plans and I'm looking forward to my next appointment for a cleaning from Kameron who did my intake. She was nice and professional. The entire visit was covered by my plan. I can highly recommend Southeastern Dental Center.

I absolutely loved my experience everyone was amazing from the time I walked in to check in up until the time I left! The staff made me very comfortable even with the tooth extraction. I am now a patient of theirs from this one experience! I love my dentist and staff!! I highly recommend this dental office.

All staff went above and beyond to provide timely and outstanding service. The environment was very pleasant and comfortable. I didn't feel like just another patient! Staff was ready for me in no time, and no rushing through the service because they "overbooked" like many other establishments. Also, the appt was scheduled promptly. The team displayed a high level of motivation, concern, and kindness to me. Processes were clearly defined and easily explained. Highly recommended and glad I found this facility! This Dentist ended up being such a lucky find for us. My wife has an extreme phobia of dentists, dental work and is partially deaf. (A dental work appointment for her usually ends with a massive panick attack due to a previous experience where she did not hear the dentist and was subjected to a root canal she did not hear them tell her about. ) Today we had a scheduled extraction and the dentist was fantastic. He was extremely thorough without being invasive but also VERY quick. The hygienist was also very good at prepping everything along with being extremely kind to my wife. I am grateful to this practice as my wife was able to walk out just 25 mins later with the extraction done and no panic attack. Will be sending her to this dentist from now on and will also be switching our daughter to this practice as well! (If only our other health providers could be this amazing!)

I had a fantastic visit with Dr. Jeppersen for a consultation on a root canal. He and his nurse were so competent and made me feel comfortable and kept me informed on everything they were doing. I will go back to them. 5 stars from me!

Courteous and friendly enough to have a gift in the treatment room assigned to me, just for me. Yes, a gift.
Services were friendly and with a smile. The receptionist, hygienist, Dr.(Mrs. T) and the business / finance personnel were superb.

We had an amazing experience here! We had an emergency and we were able to get in same day an hour later and when we arrived it was a great environment, warm, clean, and professional. They explained all details of the visit and made sure we fully understood everything. Love it here !!!

From the moment that I walk in, they are very welcoming. The dental assistant is very accommodating. The dentist is very gentle and informative, and her work is impeccable. I appreciate the services that I received here.

I had a gold cap for about 25 yrs, and 3 top front crowns for about 35 yrs. Had all four done very professionally and in 3 visits. I’m extremely happy with the turnout. You can’t tell their not my original teeth. From the color, to the fitting to the gums. Very, very pleased. The whole staff are as sweet and knowledgeable as can be. The two Doctors unbelievable. 5 Star All the Way ⭐

Such a pleasant staff. From the front desk and the doctor. They were sooo accommodating and really helped me when other places couldn’t. I am so grateful for this establishment and will continue to tell people and bring my family here.
