Tom has been servicing our a/c units for around 20 years. Even before he had his own business. I highly recommend him to anyone. Has always been honest, reasonable, prompt and friendly. Adam did our service today and he maintained my trust and satisfaction with Tommy's.

Quick response from Tim Cullen to come to my aid after I received a tremendous electric bill for Jan. 2024. He checked water meter, then came inside asking to see thermostat. There was the problem. Somehow by accident setting had been switched to Emergency Heat. Wow!!!! And it must have been at that setting most all monthly billing period to reach almost $700. Thank you Tim.

I called this company late afternoon on Friday of a holiday weekend not expecting to get any help until the next week. They promptly returned my call and within an hour a technician was at my house and diagnosed my problem. Within a week’s time I had a new system installed and working flawlessly. The entire experience with Tommy’s Heating & Air was effortless and all of the people involved were very professional and knowledgeable about their work. I would highly recommend this company for your heating & cooling needs.

My repair was done in a timely manner. The technician Mr Shaw was friendly and professional. I'm very pleased with the service and the company.

My air went out at 7:30 on a Tuesday. It gets around 100 degrees these days so I knew it couldn’t wait. I googled 24 hour air conditioner repair and starting making calls. I called and called and nobody was willing to come out even though they are listed as a 24 hour service. Tommy’s was about the 14th one down and the only one willing to come out. Tommy said he would send his guy out and at 8:54 pm, Adam called and said he was on the way. By 9:51, we had air again. Adam was an absolute life saver with all these babies I have in my home. He was professional and very polite. I am so grateful for this company. Will be doing all future business with them and will highly recommend to everyone else!
