They did a great job on our carpets. Got a stain out I didn’t think they could. Devon also came right back to get a stain up that was missed. I would us them again. Thinking about having my ducts cleaned by them.

The technicians were kind and courteous, everything went smoothly and it was quicker than I thought. They did a wonderful job and it was a really great deal. They got back to me literally the day after I left a message on their website (after hours I might add) and got me scheduled really quickly. Definitely worth the time and money. Nathan and Antonio came yesterday to clean iur carpet and tile floors. They arrived on time after calling yo day they would be there in 20 minutes and after giving me a quote, which I approved, yhey started and completed the job. They mived furniture, items, throw rugs, and took suggestions about extra trouble ateas. I was concerned that the carpets would be really wet and would take a long time to dry, but they left them quite dryer than expected. By the next morning, most were pretty dry and I was able to replace most of the furniture. I did use my fans and left windows open as directed. My capets looked almost brand new The tile and grout was so great. I totally recommend these guys. They were professional, thorough, and left my floors in great shape. And certainly, yhe carpets were nit super wet. I'll definitely use them again!

From start to finish they did a great job. Nathan seem to take his time and did a awesome job carpet cleaning our 3 bedrooms. I've used them before and you can't beat the price and service. I total recommend them for the job.

We noticed a difference in the air quality immediately once we turned on our unit. They also cleaned our dryer vent and even showed us video footage of before and after; everything runs like new! I called around to a few places for duct cleaning service, and thoroclean ended up having better prices than anyone, and quick availability.

On the day of service, I got a call from the team shortly before they arrived giving me a heads up, which I appreciated. Frank and Adrian introduced themselves, explained what the needed, and were very friendly and professional. They showed up in uniforms, with a nice-looking professional van. The service itself went smoothly, and they were able to show me a video of all the disgusting gunk they removed from the vents--in a house we just bought, its terrifying what was left behind by the previous homeowner.
