Lance did an excellent job in answering questions and explaining how Country has handled claims in our area. I would definitely recommend that a person check with Lance for any insurance needs.

Not typically the one to write a review, but I had to share… I was turning in a receipt for a claim on roadside assistance for my fiancés flat tire. Walked the receipt up, came back down AND MY TIRE WAS FLAT. I cannot make this up. I was explaining the situation, and without hesitation, Lance offered to come help me change it. He is willing to go above and beyond for his clients in all aspects! Really appreciate him and all he does for us!
