There was no wait time, and when it was time to pick up the mower they had everything ready in a super organized manner. Not only that they gave us complementary gifts for our purchase. Couldn’t ask for a better place to do business.

No pressure for upselling, they sold us the perfect zero turn for our needs at a great price AND they said if we need something else just bring it back and we can work something out. Amazing folks.

I came in with a problem on a mower I bought from a different dealership. Instead of selling me parts I didn’t need, they inspected what I brought in and even took the time to talk to me about what the problem could be. After my visit I was able to get my mower up and running again. I really wish I would have bought a mower from Double Y with that kind of service. I will definitely be using them for everything in the future.

THEN Tom shows up at my house and said that I was accidentally charged too much and hands me a refund check! So GREAT service at a GREAT price! Honest and fair service every time

Recently bought a toro zero turn. This is my first zero turn so I really didn’t know what I was looking for. I believe it was Jerry that helped me on my initial visit to Double Y Sales. He was so helpful educating me on the mowers they offer. Upon further research I was sold on buying a mower from Double Y Sales. They have great financing options. In addition Jerry honored his previous quote even though Toro had raised their prices slightly. Once ordered the mower arrived quickly. Tom I believed delivered it. Sorry I’m terrible with names. Regardless he took the time to show me all the functions and gave me valuable tips on using the mower. He even took the time to watch me practice driving the mower and made sure I was comfortable with it operation. This business may not be large in size but it is definitely very professional and I would recommend them to anyone. So if you are reading this and looking for a mower then do yourself a favor. Go visit them. You will not be disappointed.

Away double y sales, you are sure to get great customer service and the Toro mower you've been looking for. They have the small town small business theme and have the best prices on new lawn equipment. Also if you need service on your old Toro, like I did, they are very reasonable and do a great job. Need a part? They have most parts in stock. Need your mower blades sharpened? They do that too. This is a great place of business and I'm glad to continue buying my mowers in the future from double y sales.

I've bought two mowers from them both 60-in zero turns and they are wonderful mowers 0% APR for 48 months and free pick up if your machine breaks( hasn't happened at all) or needs service.
