Contractor Services for Illinois

I called on them in the afternoon about my whole house vacuum not working. They were there the following day, diagnosed the problem & installed a new vacuum that they had on their truck. They only charged me for the vacuum, not even a service call! Great service! Great business!

Arlyn and his crew did a wonderful job of installing our new closet hardware and making sure we were happy and the colors matched, etc. A++

They were very helpful and pleasant to work with. Quickly helped me resolve my issue.

It's been three weeks and our master closet is not done. We are literally living out of boxes. An installer showed up, did half the work and has yet to return.

UPDATE: It's been another three weeks, Arlyn and his production team are yet to care enough to provide any updates on the status of our closets. Be very aware. He is more than willing to follow up and be available by emails/texts and calls before you sign the proposal, after you do, he disappears and doesn't care. Very unprofessional and rude.
