One of the best car experiences I’ve had! Staff was extremely nice and beyond helpful. I called yesterday expressing my concerns and was told that the staff had a busy schedule, but they could take a look at my vehicle at some point during the evening. Less than 24 hours later I was walking out with my vehicle repaired. Will definitely recommend from here on out!

Great experience with Dillon Automotive! While visiting Peoria from the Chicago area, our GMC Acadia broke down early Friday night. All the shops were closed, so I rolled the dice and asked the tow truck to drop the SUV at Dillon's and found a ride home. Seemed like a battery or alternator issue, but I wasn't in the place to diagnose it myself.

While they weren't able to get to the car for a couple days, I don't hold that against them as I dropped it at their shop without arranging it with them before hand. Once they checked it out they confirmed it was the alternator and gave me a couple options for repair, both reasonably priced. I asked that they double check the battery which they did and said it tested fine.

A less reputable shop, knowing I was from out of town, could have either gouged me on the repair price, added other repairs, or easily sold me a battery I didn't need. Dillon's specifically did NOT do any of that, and I'm grateful. They arranged for an after-hours pickup for me. Got the Acadia back to Chicago without incident.

Big thanks to Steve at Dillon's, if I lived closer, they would be my go-to.

Friendly people, flexible service. Just remember to bring your check book (they charge for paying with a card). Will definitely bring my car to them again!

Wouldnt take my vehicles anywhere else they have worked on my vehicles for many years. Always do great work and very reasonable prices. They don't guess at what might be wrong, they fix what is wrong.

Honesty and integrity are their middle name. I like doing as much automotive repair myself as possible. But, sometimes I don't have the tools, time, or knowledge to fix everything.

On a recent repair need, a dealer gave me an estimate of several thousand dollars to diagnose a problem. When I was told a part needed replaced (which I clearly knew did not need replacing) I went to Dillon Automotive.

They were able to diagnose the issue (did not replace the part the dealer said needed replacing) and got me back on the road for under $300.00. I couldn't have been more pleased and will take my vehicles to Dillon's before anyone else.

Took my car in because it kept dying. Got some not so good news from them, but they were honest about it and only performed an oil change. I will absolutely will take my ca(or future cars) there when repairs are needed.

I've taken my trucks and cars to Dillons many times, excellent service and workmanship.i would recommend to anyone car truck gas or diesel.
