LOVE Dirigo. No matter what you want to do or have an issue with, the friendly knowledgable people are happy to help and/or quickly resolve!! The app is easy to use. I love the shared banking. You literally can bank from anywhere!

Being black in Maine and banks doesn’t usually make for the most comfortable transaction. Usually I get side eye looks like I don’t belong or like I’m up to something mischievous even know I’m just trying to cash my ft work check like the rest of us. Anywhoooo…. IF YOU ARE BLACK GO TO THIS BANK ❤ They will treat you like a normal human being and greet you with kindness and make you feel welcome . I can honestly say the customer service at this bank alone WILL keep me coming back. The tellers within the Lewiston branch will talk to you like a normal human being and help you resolve any issues you may have. I want to give a huge shout out to this location for making my banking life so much easier and now I don’t have to get anxiety everytime I walk into a bank. I am so glad I found this location.

Dirigo Federal Credit Union - what can I say? Wonderful staff, easy to deal with, website and new mobile site are user-friendly and well set up. With their shared-branching network, there's no reason not to be a member.

Always loved this bank, been with them for about 10 years and always had amazing service. I wanted to call out Erin for being incredibly helpful and courteous, answering all of the questions I had and helpfully setting me up with an appointment for one of their representatives so I could talk about several things. The Main St branch is very welcoming when I walk in. They know me by name and usually know what I want for a transaction before I even get to a teller.

I’ve banked here for years. They are a great FCU, good customer service, good rates and have improved their digital footprint, I used to not be able to connect my Paypal account the could not accept the small deposits used when connecting an account to a bank. My debit card through them now is connected to my iPhone and Apple Pay, PayPal, Uber, etc and everything works as it should. Not all FCU’s banking systems work well with the digital life but since Rainbow became Dirigo it all works. I like things local, I like things digital, and I like things to work as they should - that is Dirigo FCU.

Except for the bill pay issue, we have no complaints on anything. The manager at the Lewiston branch is the best.

They are always on top of my banking needs. Friendly and Helpful staff.
