Clay was wonderful! He called ahead of time and arrived promptly. We discussed options and pricing ahead of time (no sticker shock) and ultimately decided replacing the sump pump was the best choice. He was courteous and clean. He also brought some things to my attention so I could be aware of them that weren’t related to the sump pump, which I appreciated because I am a first time homeowner and am still learning things about the home as well as how to care for things. Turns out, Hollister has been servicing the house since 1994– I chose the right company for the job! They’ll be my first call for any future issues. Thanks, Hollister team!

I had a previous plumber back out on me the last minute and did not expect to get a plumber that day. Hollister originally offered to show up after hours for an extra fee I agreed to. They ended up coming way earlier than expected saving me the after hours fee. The two guys that showed up were very friendly and helpful. They had my pipes cleared in less than two hours. In total, from the time I called to when the job was finished less than 4 hours! Highly recommend!

Jacob did a great job, very detailed. Explained the problem, was careful and cleaned up after himself. We were very satisfied. His name is not on the pop down list to choose from.

Jake did a great job rebuilding our toilet tank! Not only did he help me understand why the issue happened. We even saved money with the rebuild instead of replacing the whole toilet! This is the service I am looking for. Jake was also professional in all aspects of the visit. Thank you Jake and Hollisters!

John Purdy, has not yet finished the job but we both know this job could take a few days, and the overall impression and experience I have is John is the most outstandingly professional plumber in this entire area and as like his crew, gets the job done to my expectations and satisfactions. I can give no other professional a higher rating then John Purdy and Hollister Plumbing they are outstanding, and an A++ in my books. He provided a conservative bid, unclogged my problem drains and didn't overcharge me for any of his work. I highly recommend Hollister Plumbing for all plumbing and related kitchen redesign issues.

On time...quality work... gave price b4 starting job, so no surprise costs... had electrical and plumbing work done on same day...cleaned sewer, repaired old plumbing in laundry room and replaced water valve and fixed toilet issues in bathroom in one visit...explained all work done and answered questions completely upon completion... and put up with my dog...highly recommend Clay & Johnathan

Had some work done on a portion of my basement wall. The whole crew did grade A work and in a timely manner. I cannot recommend them enough!

Update: I had a water supply line on my hot water heater break and within about an hour of calling Jake was at my house and got the situation under control and did a great job. Hollister has a reputation of great work and it shows.

Made the appointment, plumber was on time and worked in a timely manner. Was upfront on the total price. Price can seem a little high. But you’re paying for quality work.

We’re very happy with the install of our sink drain and plumbing under the sink. Would recommend.

We had a leak on our water main shut off valve and fixed on a Sunday. Jake was professional, nice and did a great job on a very old rusted out pipe!

Wes and Clay came to my home to help out with electrical and plumbing needs since I just moved in. They could not have been more helpful and professional. I had sewer back up in my basement a few days before Christmas. Hollister came to my home with a quote already written up for be for 2 guys to rod out my sewer line. They were both super helpful and determined to get to "the root" of my issues. Come to find out my sewer line had what the called a "Belly" and would need to be replaced from the house to the sidewalk and an additional clean out installed. We had a snowstorm coming and they scheduled the work for the day after the storm. They replaced the sewer line that was sagging and not allowing for proper drainage and causing the backup into my basement. Once they finished, they came back the next day to clean my floor drain that fed into the sewer line and was also clogged. They then cleaned everything up and my house smelled like a swimming pool, instead of a port-a-potty! I did give them 5 stars, becuse they were very helpful, stayed within their quote and explained everything to me as they were doing it. Thanks to all of the staff that I dealt with, you were all amazing to work with and I appreciate it!

We needed help with our hot water heater and someone was sent soon after we called. Tom is professional and friendly. He diagnoses the problem and takes the time to explain it thoroughly to us.

Scott fixed our leaky pipes quickly and efficiently! He was pleasant and polite. I am happy with the service and I will definitely be using Hollister again in the very near future.

Very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. We're very considerate of my house, not tracking stuff around etc. My basement is a challenge to navigate, bit they didn't grumble just got it done. I've had Holister come twice. Each time a different representative came and both were uniformly excellent. Scheduling was also polite and helpful. Will recommend them to all my friends. Michael did an EXCELLENT job replacing my water heater — explained how it operates, was very courteous and cleaned up afterward. He had to navigate steep stairs to the basement too. He’s a keeper for sure!
