Brienzo's Wood Fired Pizza

Great place with terrific food. Best pizza I've had in Peoria so far. Hostess was friendly and got us seated quickly. Table and utensils were impeccably clean. Place is well maintained. We ordered an app, pizzas and wings, and drinks. Pizzas had quality ingredients which was pretty obvious. Wings were decently sized and wonderfully flavored (szechuan). I ordered the Mediterranean pizza and it was pretty spectacular. We hung out and played a dice game we brought with no problems. Server was on point and super friendly. Atmosphere was above average. I felt like a fireplace would amazing in a place like this, but thats just me, lol. I can't wait to go back and try some other pizzas. Well done. PRO TIP: The owner chose to pass along the credit card fees they get as a "Convenience Fee" (3.5% of bill) which will take off if you pay cash in person. ;)

This was our first time eating here and the food was delicious and the waitstaff is so kind. Be prepared to have a wait of 20-25 minutes on a busy evening because this place is popular but the wait is worth it and we will be back. Highly recommend the wings and panini!

Ordered through DoorDash. First time ordering from here. Food were Al Capone Pizza & the Dry Rub 1lb of WoodFire Wings. Unexpectedly, wow! Food was delivered promptly, came hot, & was surprisingly INCREDIBLE! Will make this my Top Places to go for Wings & Pizza in the future! Delicious!

My favorite pizza spot in town! The pizza is always delicious && their breadsticks are the best I’ve ever had. I love going for their lunch special it’s a great deal for $10. I’ve yet to be disappointed going to eat here. That pizza is so crispy yet so soft. It’s by far the best pizza in Peoria !

This place was amazing! Tracy was our server for the evening and her bright, bubbly, joking personality was such a joy to our first experience! If you're in the Peoria Heights neighborhood, you'll want to stop here and grab their delicious 6-inch pizza and their juicy, flavorful wings... you won't be able to eat just one!!

My mom and I decided to try someplace new today for lunch, and this is the spot! Nice and quiet, good energy and music with a lovely atmosphere. Friendly staff, Angie was wonderful and attentive! Garlic cheese sticks were delicious, the goat cheese salad we had included spinach, some walnuts, red onion, bacon and peppers with a few other things, but sweet and just the right amount of savory. Never tried a salad like that, it was perfect! We picked the Buffalo Chicken Ranch pizza and that was just as you’d suspect, amazing… right down to the strawberry cheesecake gelato and root beer float we ordered for dessert! Worth every penny. Will be back again!

Have never had a bad experience here. Wood fired pizza is fabulous. Nice service and atmosphere. Be nice if it were a little bigger. Fills up pretty quickly.

We loved Brienzos! Out of the 4 pizzas we tried, the buffalo chicken pizza was the best! We also tried the beer cheese sticks and they were amazing. The crust was delicious on the pizzas and not too big how many brick oven pizza crusts tend to be. The only small thing that was not the best, was that the centers of all the pizzas were kind of soggy.

Went to lunch on Sunday with my family, we had the meatball and each got our own custom pizza and half salad. Everyone loved their food. The meatballs were fantastic, as was the pizza and salads. Joe was our server and did an excellent job they were busy but he was still very attentive and helpful along with being funny. We will be going back.

This was our first visit to Brienzo's. Drove 1 1/2 hours to give it a try and it did not disappoint. Tracy was our server and she gave us top notch service. We asked for her recommendations for food and drinks. Everything she recommended was amazing! She was very friendly and kept us updated on when our food would be coming out! We would definitely return!

Their pizza is great for what it is, but it doesn't have the thin, puffy, charred crust I typically associate with wood fired pizza. Their crust is too thick for me. The ambience in the restaurant is great though, and they have spectacular birthday sparklers that come on a complementary gelato serving!

My server/bartender, Clara was phenomenal! Her beautiful smile and top notch serving skills made for an enjoyable evening! The personal size pizza 🍕 was extremely delicious and my Pepsi with cherry grenadine was delightful and refreshing! 😋 Definitely recommend Brienzo's!!

The food was fantastic, especially the pizza crust. Beer selection was limited but good. Atmosphere is trendy and well done. Service is friendly without being intrusive. Highly recommended.

Awesome atmosphere, great music, topped off with great service. Went during lunch and got the Pesto Chicken and it was amazing! Definitely will be coming back. Pizza description below.

The pizzas are all good. I don't ordinarily go for "diet" food but my wife insisted on the cauliflower dough and it was actually good, better than regular crust which is still pretty good. Service is usually very good but they can seem to forget about you at high traffic times, just like most places

Second time here and the food was phenomenal. Started with breadsticks with beer cheese, wings with siracha and whiskey sauce and a pizza. It took awhile to order as my phone didn't capture the qr scan and our waiter didn't seem interested in bringing out a print copy. Hey I understand the new technology after covid hit but maybe a sheet of paper with the menu on it. Enough of my rant. Great place to eat, just wish I lived closer.

First time at Brienzo's and I am already looking forward to going back. The service was amazing!!! I wish I could remember our waiters name, because he was so good!!!! The Caribbean pizza was delicious. My daughter got the Buffalo Chicken pizza and while I do not normally like Buffalo, this was not overpowering, and was awesome.
The side salad was fresh, crisp, and perfect. The French dressing was delicious. The Moscato was incredible.

Great place, good pizza (but 10 inch only), they don't use a wood oven but a gas oven.

This place was full when we arrived for my gf's birthday so we left my name and phone number and went to the bar upstairs until I got a text that our table was ready. The service all-around was fantastic, the garlic bread comes in knots and was good. We got three pizzas for a variety and planned leftovers and I nearly ate my intended leftovers. Yes, THAT good. I just can't remember which ones we got. They brought a sparkler in gelato out of the kitchen for her birthday, which surprised and amazed me. Strawberry cheesecake and Oreo I believe and they both knocked my socks off. I had a few beers and she had a couple girly drinks and the total was under $100, which was jaw dropping. Overall great birthday dinner and we would definitely be back for a date night, or maybe even lunch!
