Athletico Physical Therapy - Peoria Heights

This is the best place for physical therapy! Matthew greets you from the reception counter and is so welcoming and charming! Emily and Kirk are so knowledgeable and amazing at what they do. There is an atmosphere of ease about the place, they are both gentle, yet firm. It's very obvious they care about their patients. I am so comfortable going there, being in such a friendly and encouraging place! I recommend Athletico Peoria Heights!!

I had a great experience. It was enjoyable to go to therapy. The staff was helpful and knowledgeable. Mathew always greeted people by name and took a personal interest in knowing clients and making them feel comfortable. Enjoyed my time with both therapists in the office and the aides. Always felt like I had their attention and they were aware of my case and interested in helping me manage discomfort.

Every therapist and staff is so kind at this location! Matthew at the front desk is helpful and so friendly with every patient, especially when we need to reschedule. We've seen Emily and Kirk, and both know their stuff and are encouraging.

I've started physical therapy here in November 2023 for a work injury and I've made so much progress with the help of the the team here at Peoria Heights. I'm not 100% to my baseline, but the exercises and stretches have definitely helped me regain strength and flexibility. The environment is one where you feel like family as they really care about your well-being and overall progress. I also love that they listen to my concerns and give feedback when necessary.

I've been attending physical therapy at this location for about a year now, and have been extremely satisfied with my experience from beginning to end! Matthew at the front desk is always warm and friendly, and Kirk is unfailingly passionate and knowledgeable about what he does as a physical therapist. It's clear that the patient's needs and well-being are the top priority for all staff, and I've had significant improvement in my health concerns since beginning treatment. I don't plan to get treatment anywhere else!

Atheltico Peoria has been amazing for my surgery recovery as well as getting a better understanding on what’s going with my body. The PEC Matthew always greats you as you enter and is fully prepared to help with scheduling when needed!

All of the therapists here are friendly and professional. They don't just follow a pre laid out plan, but actually listen and do everything they can to address your concerns every time you come in. Mathew at the front desk is also a consummate professional, doing everything in his power to work around your schedule.

First of all, I have to say in the last 6 years I haven't been able to find anyone to help me with my situation. Kirk is an absolutely amazing physical therapist and always finding new ways to help his patients. He is very knowledgeable and creative when it comes to my treatments. I would highly recommend anyone to this clinic. Hands down, he is top on my list when it comes to Doctors/Therapist. Not only that, his staff makes it very welcoming and fun to be there. Everyone has a great attitude and fun personalities.

This the second time I have used Athletico on prospect road. Matt is a great front desk person and Kurt, Emily and Kelly are fantastic to work with.

I have been coming to this location for a little over 2 months now and could not be more pleased. Dr. Kirk C. has been my primary therapist and he is quite knowledgeable, listens to my questions/concerns and provides helpful insight. I appreciate his patience and demeanor. I have had PT in the past and it was not as positive of an experience as this time. The rest of the office staff at this location has also been very helpful and friendly. I have recommended them to others and will continue to do so. A+

The Athletico team was great to work with, they understood my goals and tailored the program to help me feel comfortable and make great progress. I enjoyed the staff and the camaraderie amongst the team, when you’re there 3x a week working through an injury it was nice to feel comfortable and see the progress you came for! Happy to report graduation from the program and some great new warm ups for the gym.

The therapists were always encouraging and my physical therapy exercises were challenging and effective. I improved and returned to my baseline much faster than anticipated. I would highly recommend Athletico.
