Flushing Estates MHC

I have lived in this park for two years now and find it to be a very nice place to reside. The ladies in the office, Criquette and Krista are always pleasant to speak with and when I had a few issues with my hot water heater and later having a screen door replaced, they did their best to get it fixed as soon as possible. I would highly recommend this park its clean, quiet and a friendly place to live.

Park has done nothing but improve. My sister and niece live there and like it very much. Lots of new homes and the cleanliness is outstanding!!

I've been a resident here for quite a few years. It is a nice quite community within a great school district. The management and office staff has recently changed. My experience with them has been nothing but positive. They are doing their best to address all concerns. I highly recommend Flushing Estates it is a safe, quiet, cared for community.

Criquette, Krista and LeRae were wonderful to work with. My husband and I sold our house and was unable to find a place to rent. They had an upcoming rental, brand new trailer and did everything in their power to push it through to make our deadline for moving out. If it wasn’t for Criquette and her team we would have not had a place to call home right away. Criquette was up front and honest In which we were thankful for. They go above and beyond to make things happen. We are looking forward to our stay here.

They were so great and helping me get my house they were awesome.

Its a nice little community but no pool. Unless you wanna go swimming in the flint river in the back of the property then more power to ya! But yeah there's no pool

The new owners are doing a great job, adding homes and cleaning up the community their residents live in. Very well taken care of complex.

Management in the community office are great to work with! They are pleasant and helpful!

I LIVED THERE AND THE STAFF, THE RESIDENTS ALL WERE VERY KIND AND RESPECTFUL. I FELT SAFE AND I PLAN TO TRY TO BECOME A RESIDENT IN THE.
