Friendly and fast

The staff is branch seem to have a real problem getting their energy up even if it's in the middle of the afternoon. I went in there multiple times to deal with banking issues and every single time I thought everybody had just woken up from taking a nap. As far as my banking issues are concerned they did take care of them eventually.

Hated this bank. Had the most humiliating experience today with a check from my homecare client. You guys could have called him instead of destroying my hard earned money. I had to drive an hour away from your bank to get another check because you told me I had to go back to the "Creator of the check" and get another one. That teller never gave me a reason why. I am this person's CNA and have been for over 5 years. Never felt so disrespected in my life, and all you had to do was call him. Also I found out from a different branch that you were supposed to give me the check back. You destroyed it because you assumed it was stolen or he didn't write it to me. Ive had problems at this branch before, asking me why he gave the check. The other branch also told me that the check was verified so I guess you assumed the worst from a African American woman. I take good care of him and it was a punch in the gut to see how I was treated. I will never, ever , ever come back there again and I will not recommend that branch to anyone. It was extremely embarrassing to be left in the lobby, saying you are keeping my check, my hard earned money with no concrete explanation. A simple phone call would have cleared up whatever doubts you had about me. 0 stars from me.

Absolute worst member services at this branch and has been for many years. You visit other branches and you can tell that they have there focus on members but this branch is very rarely a good experience.
