For the first time, my taxes were a little more complicated than I felt comfortable doing on my own. Roberts Tax Service was helpful in explaining all of the new tax laws and what does and doesn’t apply to me.

I am highly disappointed in this tax service company. They did not use all my W-2's from all my jobs of the previous year when filing my refund. I emailed them to notify them of this mistake and they were very rude when responding (which took an extended period of time). They told me I would need to get back in line again and they would take care of it when they could. I accepted this and followed up with them monthly to figure out when this could be arranged and they kept putting it off in a rude way. Eventually they stopped responding to my emails I would send every few months to check on when they could adjust my tax form. I do not recommend this service.

Getting our taxes done at Roberts Tax Service has been the biggest mistake of our lives. They were extremely negligent and reckless and we were the ones to pay the price. We were audited for not one year, but for several years of tax returns. The IRS said the filings were grossly reckless and no surprise we got audited. When we chose to have our taxes done at Roberts Tax Service it was with the understanding that they would guide us through the process and follow all tax laws in filing our taxes as we are not tax experts. They did not do that and we are left carrying a burden financially from their careless and reckless filings. We truly regret making the decision to ever have Roberts Tax Service do our taxes. I recommend you look for another Tax Service.

Absolute joke of a place. Connie doesn’t care about anyone, seriously. Takes weeks and months to get back with you and completely screws you over when doing your taxes. Go elsewhere seriously this woman is evil
