This is a GREAT bike shop and a GREAT ski shop. Really in-depth technical knowledge and a surprisingly large inventory. Owner and staff are friendly and knowledgeable in all their products. They are also active supporters of the local trails clubs and scene, and sponsor a great winter demo day. No complaints at all, highly recommended.

Fantastic local ski and bike shop! The owners were super friendly and helpful. They got us all set up with rentals to try cross country skiing for the first time. I can’t wait to try again or come back in the summer and try mountain biking!

I had an accident while trail riding here on vacation and completely wrecked my front rim.
I called to inquire if they'd have what I needed before driving out.
I spoke to Ryan who was super knowledgeable and patient.
I was invited to bring it right in to get it replaced.
Ryan and the entire crew there were super welcoming and personable. They had be rolling in about 15 minuts!
Ryan made sure to inspect my bike and assure me it was safe to jump back on. Truly great place with amazing people running it!

Was curious of the state of the art of mountain biking equipment as I've been out of it for a few years, and received an excellent review of the new bike features.
Great tactic on their part and much appreciated.

Perhaps instead of leaving a mediocre review of these folks that helped you, you should have used your vast experience with greasing your cables to solve your own problems.

Cross Country Sports is a very good bike store!! The prices are great and the staff is friendly and very knowledgeable. Great location and hours.

Last winter my husband was shopping for XC skis. After poor service at another retailer he came here. He was given excellent service and a mini-lesson on the sales floor since he had never XC skied before. A month or so later I decided I wanted a bike, and after searching other shops, we eventually found ourselves here again. I didn't know what bike I wanted, but I knew what I wanted to do with it and what terrain I would likely be on. I received excellent service again and the perfect bike. This winter we plan to come here again to get XC skis for myself! The sales team here is awesome!

Great customer service. Friendly staff and clean shop. I've purchased 4 bikes from them over 5 years. No problems yet. Due to covid we had one long wait. Not their fault.

Very helpful professionals, even gave me assistance to source parts, for another brand that they didn't carry. Great prices on snowshoe and cross-country ski rental gear.

What a great shop! Up on vacation, bent the back wheel on my Cannondale. Brought it to them and they straighten the wheel for me same day at a minimal cost. I couldn't be happier! When it's time to upgrade, I'm driving up and buying from them. A+!!!

Stopped in on my way up to Copper Harbor from Chicago on a week-long MTB Trip. They threw my bike on the stand right away - new chain and derailleur tune while I chatted it up with the nicest lady with excellent local trail intel. Highly recommend over the other multi-sport shops in the greater Kewenau area.

We wanted to attempt snowshoeing as sort of a "bucket list" item and the young men at Cross Country Sports were very accommodating! They answered all our questions and provided recommendations on where to hike. Highly recommend this business for your outdoor sporting needs!

On a tour around the U.P. I had a clicking noise coming from my crank. Pat helped me out with a torque wrench and some diagnostics. He got everything tightened up! Great service! Friendly staff! Highly recommended.

This shoppe is run by an extremely knowledgable and friendly couple who are originally from Calumet so they can not only help with bikes, bike gear, and outdoor outfitting but they also know where all the best bike and hiking trails are in the surrounding area. Highly recommend.
