Always Fresh La Rochelle's

We bought a medium size container of crab and lobster salad and it was delicious. We didn’t even get out the door before. My partner was digging into it with a fork. We also got some smoked salmon and everything tasted delicious. The man who helped us was super friendly and helpful, and the store was clean and just what you expect from a great seafood place. Will definitely go back.

I stopped by from Bar Harbor, going back to New York. This little place had good reviews. Customer service is courteous. Lobster roll is expensive but delicious. Could had used a different bread for the price or at least made the bread a little toasted or warm. Overall, the seafood clam chowder was hot and inviting. It was so delicious that I could eat a second cup. Too bad we were already on the way or else I could had 3 more bowls, it was so so so good.

If you want seafood shipped you have found the company to do this. I am across the country and my order of lobster and clams arrived fresh and alive. Great job Always Fresh.

Usually when you get fried clams, you get 4 or 5. I still had 6 left, and I think I already had 6.

I ordered the fried clams dinner and it was fabulous, lightly battered and perfectly fried. I always get a container of the lobster salad to go and enjoy later. I'm not from the area but was introduced to the place from family in the area. We look forward to going there everytime we visit the area.

Hey it’s not pretty on the outside, but their seafood is delicious! It is not a restaurant.I Often get their seafood chowder, scallops, haddock and of course lobster. Call ahead and have the lobster cooked and waiting.

They truly live up to their name. They price their seafood fairly which will go up and down according to the going wholesale price. I have been a customer for many years and will continue to buy their products. 0

We buy all our seafood from here & it lives up to its name. It is always very fresh & clean. When we buy steamers from here we don't even need broth, they are that clean. I can't say enough about the staff either! They are so very pleasant, efficient, and knowledgeable. I live within walking distance to another seafood store but I take the ride to Always Fresh because of the quality! It's really worth it!!!

If you want the full customer experience. They make you feel welcome and appreciated. Other businesses should stop in and see how it is done. Their seafood is always amazing and fresh. Can’t say enough good things.

I do a lot of cooking, but Saturday night, I didnt feel like dealing with the mess of the lobsters I had planned. I had order 4 lobsters from La Rochelles, and I saw they would steam them for 50 cents a pound. I gave them a time and when I arrived they were piping hot and perfectly steamed. No mess in my kitchen, and perfectly cooked lobsters! The staff were polite and helpful despite being very busy. I will definitely do this again before the end of summer.

This place is awesome!
You can not call in orders here. They can cook your order in under 5 minutes, and they want you to have your food fresh! I stopped in one day and order a haddock and french fry basket... The boss came out and said they were out of haddock in the fridge, walked into the live fish room, brought out a still wriggling haddock, and less than 5 minutes later I was in seafood heaven.

I only hope they are still open when I get back up north in 3 months...

Always Fresh is Always Good!! Sometimes I buy ready to go foods (seafood chowder, fried scallop basket, etc); others I buy fresh and bring home to make. Even picked up a Christmas ornament one day! Highly recommended.

Ordered a Shore meal. It was ready when I arrived. Perfect! Lobsters, clams, corn and buttah!
