Had my first experience at Jewell Tire Center and I was very impressed! I called for a last minute oil change and was given an appointment. The front desk guy was supremely friendly. The location was clean and the waiting room chairs were quite comfortable. Coffee was offered and a fresh newspaper was there for the customers. I liked that they aired up my tires too. I will be a repeat customer.

Had a lift kit put in my F150. The gentleman at the front desk was very nice. He introduced me to the tech that would be doing the job so i could actually meet him one on one and go over anything extra. The tech did an outstanding job. The job was completed in reasonable time with no issues. Thank you!!

They take great care to make sure the job is done right. I had 4 new snow tires put on and they were kind enough to bag the summer tires and place them in the back of my vehicle. They also made sure my tire pressure gauge worked on the new tires. Happy to be ready for winter!

Update (11/24/2020). Just wanted to add that they once again stepped up to take care of my car. They fixed a balance issue on one tire and didn't charge me because they had recently swapped my summer/winter tires. I would have been happy to pay. Great service as usual.

First visit: I purchased 4 studded snow tires from Jewell Tire. From start to finish everything went great. We have been very satisfied with the tire performance too!
On a second visit, I had a tire pressure warning light on. The tech found a slow leak and fixed it. Once again, very satisfied with the crew at Jewell Tire.

I called Jewell Tire to inquire about an appointment to get an oil change, tire rotation and inspect concerns I had about my front end, and they were able to get me in the next day. Their early morning hours are convenient, staff is extremely friendly and informative and the price of service is great! I will continue to use their services!

Just Had My 2.5 inch Lift installed on My Jeep Wrangler Unlimeted Sport at Jewell Tire in South Paris, Maine. Ed Was Very Helpful and as soon as the lift came in I took My jeep up to South Paris and it was installed within a day very Quick and Excellent Service. I was impressed. Ive had other lifts installed elseware which took way longer to get installed. The Lift was way worth the money. My Jeep Rides so much Better!! Its Great and smooth! I Love it and would definitely Reccomend Jewell tire to install your Lift!! Gary

I was in a bad scrape with a flat tire on my tractor. Limited time to get done what needed to be done. I brought the tire in to Jewells and the owner dropped everything to get me up and running on all fours. Great service, nice folks. I’ll be back for new sneakers on my truck when she needs them.5

Jewell Tire Center isn't just another tire place. They should be THE PLACE you think of first when you need ANYTHING done to your vehicle. Anything from Maine State inspections to oil and filter change to tires and alignments, they also work on brakes and suspension as well as vehicle diagnostics. There's nothing they can't do at Jewell Tire Center.
When you enter the office you are almost immediately greeted by the professionals behind the counter. As they assist you with your vehicles needs you are offered a seat in the Clean comfortable, air conditioned (or heated) waiting room. There is FREE fresh coffee everyday and also available is clean well kept restroom.
The technician are very knowledgeable and friendly. Not only will they talk to you about whats going on with your vehicle they will bring you out to the shop to show you.
All and all, Jewell Tire Center should be your first choice for tires as well as all your other automotive needs.

I had run over a small finish nail and couldn’t see what the problem was, but found my tire to be losing PSI overnight. The team at Jewell found and fixed the problem for a super low price, and had me in and out within the hour. Great service all-around; will definitely be back for all of my tire needs!

Service was good. Work by them was done as quick as possible, the parts stores being the only glitch. It was nice to go to a town I’d never been in and find what you hope to find for help and service. They came recommended by friends in the area and I was pleased. Would use them again and recommend Jewel Tire to anyone.

I filled out an online quote and asked for Bob to call when he could. The next morning he called first thing. I needed two tires put on my vehicle ASAP. Jewell had them in stock and got me right in. Have bought several sets of tires from Jewell tire and always been treated great. I'll be back for more.

Great service! Arrived with heavy tractor tire and technician unloaded it for me. Tire was in tough shape but they tried to save it with a tube install but in the end I needed to replace the tire. Most shops wouldn't have tried to save me $150 but this company did. This is my new tire ceter!!

Jewell Tire has become my go-too place for all things tires and then some. Their staff is incredibly courteous, fast, and professional. One time I needed an old trailer tire put back on a rim. They did it at no charge. Do yourself a favor and be like me and "rediscover" Jewell Tire. I say rediscover because they have been there my entire life, and I am just now seeing what a great business they are as an adult.

I stopped in to address an IT problem. Fixed the computer in 10 minutes so I wasn't there long. I did deal directly with the owner. He was very pleasant and I suspect he instills/instructs the same attitude to his staff and certainly with patrons. This is a bit difficult as I'm not a customer but perhaps will be in the future 😊

I had my son's Xterra towed in after it overheated. It turned out to be the worse case scenario: the engine was done. They were able to find one and install it on time and under the estimate. While the vehicle was it the shop they even offered us a loaner. I'll definitely be going back.

Jewell Tire has become the first place I think of for tires, alignments, brakes, oil changes, inspections, and any other routine maintenance that comes up. The staff is fast, courteous, efficient, competitively priced and in my experience, they get the job done right, the first time.

Very good crew here. Great communication, and extremely helpful. Took good care of my car (and me), feels much better with new tires!

Ordered a lowboy tire, it came in the next day. I dropped off the wheel and old tire. It was changed within an hour. Satisfied I was on my way, all for $100

I must say me and wife and kids are from Wisconsin and just moved here to maine well Wisconsin doesn't do inspections like they do here in maine anyways i went here to jewell tires for an oil change and the guys came back telling me everything that needed to be done to our van and how its not road safe i said okay how much to fix and what they said next will always be a blessing to our family the owner said to be honest i don't want to take your money your van isnt worth it i was like okay these are some really honest guys any other shop would have took are money i wanna thank the owner for his honesty and i also want to thank the kid who also was honest with us he had his own car on the lift this is a really trust worthy honest place god bless you guys see you soon with our newer car......
