Out thermostat had gone out and was out of town came back to frozen pipes frozen everything. This was the ONLY company to answer to an emergency call William came out on a Saturday and got most repaired so we at least had some water use.Thank goodness for William and for a company that actually has someone on call for emergency situations!! Way to go Patrick’s Plumbing!

Our water was scalding hot out of nowhere and Patrick's came over on a Saturday morning to help us out. The price was very fair and the service was incredible. Easily a 5 star from me!

I had my furnace cleaned from this company. They were good at letting you know when they will show up. When they came out to clean the furnace the guy adjusted the pilot light and then it kept going out but they came back the next day and fixed it for free. I would highly recommend this company.

They did great work, came quickly and got it done.

Out of the country for nearly two weeks. Came back and discovered water heater had failed and was slowly leaking. No hot water in the house. Contacted a local outfit on a Monday morning and they couldn’t help for a week and a half. Contacted Patrick’s about 1pm the same day. They responded by 2, were at my house at 430 and had new water heater up and running at 530. All the same day.

Won’t hesitate to contact again.

Patrick’s is the only heating company I will personally be using in the Houghton County area! Every time I’ve called they are here the same day, with more than fair prices! My most recent visit was for an inspection. Usually they booked out a week, but after hearing my reasoning they were here the next day! Best customer service I’ve experienced all around for their line of work!

Patrick’s was very responsive and timely with working on our drains at the humane society. They were efficient and got the job completed quickly. We need septic work done in the spring, and I’ll be reaching out to Patrick’s for sure. Thank you!

The gentlemen that came to do our work from Patrick's Plumbing and Heating were polite, professional, and knowledgable. They installed a tankless hot water heater and new toilet and fixed/replaced some older cast iron piping. They were flexible with scheduling, did a nice job with clean-up, and were true to their quote. Thanks for a great job! I highly recommend them for any plumbing jobs.

Great service. My Mom's 19 year old water heater developed a leak yesterday. I called Patrick's at 8:44 am. The crews were busy, however, two young men showed up about 8:00 pm and the new heater was installed about 9:00 pm. All contacts were nice people. Very friendly and knowledgeable.

Amazing service. Two young men Clayton and William completed the bathroom shower unit to stop leakage and installed new ones, also removed a kitchen sink and put a new sink, faucets etc in. I cannot say enough good things about these two young men. They were so prompt, answered everything asked of them, respectful and very speedy. One could not ask for better service than that...so with that said i hope the company owner reads this and commends them both...Thank you again Clayton and William.
