Julie was wonderful to work with. We gave her many challenges with a up-north destination wedding, a weekday wedding and groomsmen from out of town. She went above and beyond to meet with us, get measurements and work with the tuxedo company to meet our needs. We highly recommend JBL Bridal. I just want to take a minute and recognize Julie at JBL bridal. Julie is the nicest and most heart warming person to help you out. From the moment we walked through the door to the time of picking out dresses for the daddy daughter dance. The whole process was hassle free and Julie goes out of her way to make sure you get your dresses in a timely manner no matter the situation. We went to JBL Bridal for my soon to be Daughter in laws dress. She was very uncomfortable going in to look and try on dresses! The owner was so kind, helpful and very patient with us! She spoke in great length with us regarding every detail of her special day! She really took her time to make her comfortable in trying things on! It was the first and last shop for her she found her special dress! I would recommend this little shop to every bride!

Julie is absolutely AMAZING!!! She was flexible with meeting with us around our sons crazy sports schedule. She fit him perfectly. 🥰 He looked so HANDSOME and received so many compliments. I can’t say enough great things about Julie & JBL! She is so incredibly helpful, and thoughtful. She made finding a daddy daughter dance dress a breeze, and even had my daughter try on dresses in front of the “big mirror,” had her rate every dress, and even had her try on her top two choices twice! She always tries to help to keep things budget friendly, and has high quality dresses. I’m so happy I can shop local with high quality. She also gave my daughter a crown & fairy wings to go with her dress!

Julie is extremely accommodating and helpful with our wedding suits! Her communication was great and she traveled to our house multiple times to get the groomsmen measured. She was excellent to work with.

I don’t even know where to begin. Julie is absolutely fabulous. She loves her customers, very passionate, patient and most importantly she understands customer satisfaction to make the process as streamlined as possible.

I cannot thank her enough for everything she did above and beyond for not only my wife and I, but also the groomsmen and bridesmaids.

This place has the most amazing and stunning dressing. The sizes match with many different body types. The owner of the place is such a lovely and wonderful person. The place is very cute on the inside and feel so home like. Love the fact you can try in dresses and look in a mirror to see how it truly looks and feels. Overall great service and quality.

We choose JBL Bridal for our bridesmaid's dresses for our fall 2022 wedding. Julie was wonderful from the very beginning. She was easy to work with as far as getting a time set for us to come in and then she was very helpful with the ladies in finding a dress that fit their body styles perfectly! The dresses arrived when she said they would and they were beautiful. This is a wonderful small local business and you will not be disappointed!

Julie is so amazing and super helpful! We have people in our wedding party from all different cities and even out of state!! She made the drive 2 hours one way to Grand Rapids to just fit some of the groomsmen and made arrangements with our friend out of town for his tux!!

An amazing experience! My little sister is getting married and we all went to watch her try on dresses. The owner picked out a gown that my sister wasn't sure on, but trusted her choice. That dress was brand new, never worn, and my sisters EXACT size 🙌🏼 Needless to say we all agreed that it was destiny saying that she has found her wedding dress. The owner is so kind and caring and truly went above and beyond to make sure my sister left a happy bride! 🥰

Our experience was fantastic! We got right in to choose my son's tux. She appreciated his desire for something out of the box, welcomed it and rose to the challenge. When his first choice was not available due to short notice (our fault), she immediately texted with other options to meet his requests. Coming to the school for fittings, drop off, and pick up was super convenient for this busy mom!

Today I had an appointment at JBL. I had no real intentions on finding my dress. I wanted to keeep an open mind and look at many different choices. Julie is a great host. Her store had many choices to choose from. She listened to what i did and didnt like. She was very nice and great with her helping me, I found my perfect wedding dress. We also found bridesmaids dresses. Thank you Julie for all your help today.

I had a great experience at JBL Bridal. Julie was awesome to work with and I didn’t feel pressured to buy a dress at all! During my appointment it was just the owner, myself and whoever I wanted to bring with me which made the experience more special. She had a lot of beautiful dresses plus they do tuxes, bridesmaid and flower girl dresses so you can order everything in one spot. I definitely would recommend!

I absolutely loved my experience with JBL Bridal! I went in and tried dresses on by myself first. Being very insecure, I needed a private time to myself. Julie was so helpful in showing me dresses that would work for my body type. I was then able to bring my family back to help me make a selection. I love the dress that was for me!

You guys?! This bridal shop is a GEM! Worth the drive if you are local or not! Beautiful setup, great selection of dresses, suits and accessories... and the customer service is outstanding!!! We needed to find a flower girl dress and this experience was fantastic!! Our daughter was able to explore the shop looking for fairies, discover her fairy name, have a fashion show to find the perfect dress, and made some lasting memories! Can't say enough about this wonderful shop. Check this place out :-)
