Westwood Village

Just moved here. The neighbors are the best. Management really cares about their tenants and will go above and beyond to assist all. They are currently renovating to make the place look better. Most tenants that are here have been here for decades. Plenty of rentals and homes for sale.

I love it here.. they are wonderful people to know and buy from…. My house is now a place to call home and my dogs are happy. Would highly recommend if ur looking for a forever place to call home this where to come…….

I love it here! Nice clean quiet park, move in was fast and easy the prices are real good compared to other places, the staff here is awesome to!!

The park is really starting to come together since receiving new owners, over the 12 years I’ve lived here it, this is the most improvement I’ve ever seen. Very good at communicating with the community and being out in the park to ensure residents are taking care of their lots. If a homeowner needs help they’re more than willing to help or give you advice to find help!

If you are looking for a quiet place to live call or stop in talk to park management. They will bend over backwards to help you. The home I was in was not livable so the new owner got us a new home and fast. The new home is great love it. Can not wait to see all of the changes the new management is going to do to the park.

I do maintenance for the trailer park and it has came a very long way from the last management it has become a very nice clean safe place to live we are making progress

Love you the community I have family living in and know they are safe. Excited to see when the Park cleans up the mess from the people evicted from not paying rent. Several families need a home right now after November 22nd tragedy.

Westwood Village manufacturing home community is actually getting a lot better than it was 10 years ago. The new owner has brought in a lot of "new builds" and has really made the park look a lot better just by bringing in more and more new manufactured homes reciting and new skirting. The neighborhood seemed quiet and the resident I go visit almost daily says that Management is very easy to get along with and helps especially during this time of COVID-19. I saw people taking their trash cans out to the road so they must have trash pick up there which is a convenience and a manufacturing home community, most of them you have to throw it in the dumpster yourself but there they actually have contracted someone to pick up the trash. It's starting to be a real good community and they're starting to screen people much more carefully & who they actually let sign lease is there. I gave this place five stars because the new owner is really trying to rebuild this community in all the right ways. Hope this helps!

This particular Manufactured Home Community seemed VERY Pleasant. The roads were paved and there are speed bumps so slow it down guys (Don't want to buy them out),be careful! as far as management goes, I don't speak with them or haven't spoken with them directly but the residents in there say that they are very friendly and easy to get along with. If you come up a little short I'm sure they'd work with you. as long as it's not all the time. there are a lot of manufactured homes that were brought in I remember in previous years it was just as far as the eye could see was aluminum trailers. Now, The new owners have brought in all these new manufactured homes with very nice stairways to both doors, decks, The yards are well manicured, It seems that there are some trees that might need to be taken care of. overall this park was a pleasant and quiet place when I visited (and I often visit).is anybody is looking for a very nice manufactured home to live in that's brand new then you should check out Westwood village because they do have quite a few that they haven't even finished setting up yet. Got to get them before they get all filled though.

Very well maintained and helpful employees. A great place to live. I have lived at Westwood Village as both a renter and a homeowner and have had no complaints.

The management is very friendly and quite helpful. They took the time to show us around even though it was snowing and blowing they showed us all the vacancies. When it came time to get down to business they helped us out there also

Its a really good place everyone is nice but you'll run into some ruff patches with some people its really quite here too
