The 6 yrs I been here in the Community They are By Waaayyyy Far Better Then The numerous And Countless Managers and Assistants Thats been in that office over the past 6 yrs!!! There The Best!!! They Thrive To give the Best of there ability and Work Hard To Clean Up all the Others Mistakes and Screw ups and Trash They Left behind They are Doing Great with Cleaning up the Community and Trying to Make This Place a Place you would Be safe and comfortable at and Would Want to Call Home! Them Fantastic Ladies Are Great They try to Understand everybody's Issues and Help The Best they can They are Friendly and Make you feel comfortable when you enter there office ....But I myself Here in the Community Do the Best I can To Keep My End Of the Community Safe and Clean!! By Far The Best Ladies!!!! Don't wait Don't Hesitate Call Pasadena MHP For a Great Place Today!!!

I love it everyone here is so nice. My daughters is at Carmen district school so I love that the bus come right to the entrance and they don't have to walk very far the neighbors are really nice especially and the management team I will suggest this to anyone that's not looking for a real big big place to stay with children.

Love seeing my family in Safe environment and home. Ready to see it cleaned up from the evictions and hopefully soon as so many families need a place to live with their loved one's after November 22nd tragedy and will have the money to rent to do so.

Kindness expressed by management during the show of property and continue politeness. Very overwhelmed the attention given to the home and learn of the length the management taking to maintain the property making sure whomever resides here at Pasadena are comfortable.

Yes this place is technically still in Flint Michigan however the management has really stepped it up and started getting some really really nice manufactured houses in the park. Yes there are still some older ones there however they're starting to be more new builds than older aluminum trailers. It depends on what you want, I know one person who pays $750 a month but that includes the lot rent, the home, water I believe and trash service. It isn't too far away from Linden Road And then you could get to two Krogers on Corunna Road so you got your shopping centers / grocery stores pretty close. The neighborhood does have speed bumps and the roads do look like they are in good repair. I don't know much about the management but from what I've heard from one of the tenants they are very easy to get along with. I visited the place several times and it seems to be a quiet place to live.
