I have always had a great experience here. Love Megan, my hygienist! Don't know why people are whining & complaining. Started going here when we first moved up here & have happily continued ever since.

I have trusted my dental care to Dr Ron Fisher and his staff for many years. They are absolutely the best dentists in the area.

I absolutely fear and hate the dentist...super traumatic experience years ago. Well let me tell you, I think my fears may have been resolved with my visit to Superior Smiles yesterday. Mary was my hygienist and she's wonderful! I told her my fears and past experience and she was gentle, thorough, so kind and did an excellent job from start to finish. Dr. Tony was equally as kind, super gentle, thorough, and great about answering my questions. Thank you Mary and Dr. Tony! I'm always hesitant to make the next appt after the dreaded visit...not here! My 6 month check up is made and I've requested you both ! Thank you for an awesome experience!

What a lively office and caring staff! Everyone is so friendly and competent. Thank you for making it fun place to visit, year after year. Annie has cleaned my teeth more times than I can remember, and does it with such concern for me and each person she sees.

This place is great. They don't try to pressure you into procedures you don't need. They're friendly, professional, and quite competent. As such, they're booked well in advance, so make your cleaning appointments a couple of months early.

Legitimately the best experience I've had at a dentist in my life. And I was getting a cavity filled. Staff is wonderful and the doctor was very gentle.

Super lovely receptionists that try their bests to make new patients get seen!

Dr. Fisher and his staff are the friendliest and most accomading dental offices I have ever come across in eighteen cross country moves! 😊

Wouldn't recommend. If you miss apt or forget for any reason (3) times total/3 strikes your out, -and its not just in the span of a couple months..its TOTAL. Ive been going here with my kids for 4 years and in the matter of 4 YEARS she had just missed her 3rd apt ever, throughout 4 years, and they VERY RUDELY tell me-"Yea. Shes dismissed now, Sorry!" and that was IT. I said what? a 10 YR old?! Its not even her fault. They said it doesnt matter if its a child or an adult. But there are limited places who will accept new patients with medicaid around here to begin with, so they just made my life 100 X more difficult than it already was. Thanks A lot Superior Smiles, Id love to speak to whoever makes these rules! For future reference- you might wanna change that rule to 3 times in a year, or something, not total. Because now my family wont have a dentist unless we move out of the area. Ridiculous.

Staff is very friendly. Only complaint I have is that I find having to wait three months, after a cleaning, to get additional care done for cavities, a bit unreasonable. I've only ever had to wait maybe a week to get something like that taken care of. Maybe that's a normal time frame in this area for dental care, but it's new to me.

I have always loved this place. Everyone is so nice and understanding. They listen to your concerns.
My last experience was terrible due to the (new?) hygienist, Tammy. Awful bed side manners.
Rude, judgy, and absolutely no sense of humor.
Every question I had was answered in a mocking manner and every answer I had to her questions were returned with an annoyed, disgusted look.
You’d think she would have been in a better mood since she was bragging about having the next few days off to go out drinking with her sister.
I didn’t appreciate her assuming tone and her better than thou attitude.
Not too many people feel comfortable going to the dentist. Myself included. She made the experience much worse.
I almost got up and left in the middle of my cleaning. I’ll be making the extra trip to Laurium just to avoid her.

Scheduled an appointment in AUGUST for a cavity for an extraction or filling and they made it for a cleaning instead and when trying to make another appointment after they tried making it for September so obviously I did not allow that got one for April and they did a shotty filling and I've been in pain since and they can't get me in for another month

Don't go here they don't care about you they just want your money

Reviews are spot on for poor service. Don’t have people answering the phone that have no clue and dentists that can’t do emergency service are useless. Go somewhere else.

Music is super loud, and very slow. Tried going in for a normal extraction and was scheduled months worth of random cleaning and root canals. The lady on the phone was very rude and uninterested in anything I was calling about and was having another conversation during mine. After some snarky remarks I just decided to go to another establishment this place seems to harp on the people living in these small towns. The dentist can't even do extractions if he thinks its any bit of a hassle don't waste your time here. Also, coworker has had root canals done here before and 2 months later he's back to a different dentist and told him that whoever did your teeth needs to be convicted.
