Excellent services, beautiful quality furniture & sales are always going on. They have credit you can apply for.You can not beat the price. I found some gems at the Flint store. They do deliver, I just bought a mattress for my sofa bed, I'm very pleased. 2yrs ago I bought a king sized mattress set at a fraction of the cost of other stores & yes it's a quality mattress. Check them out & start the new year out with new furniture. They have art work too. You & your wallet will be pleased. New location is by the Old Small mall & by Dollar general store

Today I stopped into the store just to “look around” , and I was greeted with polite and knowledgeable workers. Jeremiah was such a great help and knew the answers to all my questions, he told me the different ways of obtaining furniture which was great to hear. Thanks to him I’ll be getting my new furniture in a couple days !

My husband and I stopped in there today only to browse around looking at bedroom sets. We were greeted by Sales associate William. He was very nice showed us around wasn't pushy like others places usually are, immediately we found one that we both liked very much. William given us a great Deal we ended up buying the bedroom set right there!! William also given is a great deal on a mattress set too!!! Visited the store today. Lots of nice, authentic pieces to choose from. Jeremiah is the guy who helped us with package deals. He's a cool guy, and a good wheeler/dealer. Little did he know, I'm a pretty good negotiator myself. After a bit of going back and forth, we settled on a price that the both of us were happy with.

We purchased a genuine Ashley Furniture set w/ coffee table, two end tables, two lamps, and a high quality 7-piece dining room set for an amazing package deal.

Highly recommended! I will definitely visit again in the near future.

The sales staff are all very helpful with customers from what I observed. One salesman Jeremiah showed me this ordering kiosk because a style of bedroom set wasn't in the showroom. He was very patient with showing me how the kiosk worked, and explained to me that some items were an express shipment and could be shipped in as little as 2 weeks. Will definitely be doing business with this store again.

My son and I went to Unclaimed Freight to look for a bedroom set around September of 2018 and from the moment we entered the store everyone spoke and asked if we needed help. Jeremiah assisted us with the bedroom furniture and even referred someone to help us out at another store looking for paint. When it came time for delivery even the delivery service was very professional, friendly and helpful. I myself was in desperate need of a new mattress and box spring. I experienced the same level of customer service from Spencer and William who went above and beyond to answer questions and make sure that I would be happy with my purchase. This place is quite truly a hidden treasure. The service was timely, informative, and helpful, but I never felt uncomfortable or pressured. They tell you releavant and useful information, and let you conduct your browsing in private.
