I am so impressed with the level of care shown by Mary and Jessica for the patients at SVS Vision. My children have glasses and the glasses we ordered broke. When I called to get help with ordering new glasses. I was happily surprised to find out that the glasses were covered by the warranty. The new glasses were ordered right away without any hassle. Thank you for the great service.

The service is always wonderful. Everyone is very friendly. The past 2 years Ashley has worked with me on picking my glasses and making sure that I don’t have to pay too much out of pocket. She is amazing! Not only did she help me pick my new glasses but, she took the time to tell me all about the 1/2 price second pair deal and even did the math for me! I will be getting a second pair this year so that I have prescription sunglasses as well as my regular glasses! I’m super excited to be able to do so!

Everyone there were very helpful and friendly. If you have any questions or problems with your glasses/contacts they will gladly help you until you are 100% satisfied and happy. Also, they have a 1 year warranty on glasses that you get from them even if they are broken to peices by your toddler. You just have to take the broken glasses back in to the office and you onl6 have to pay 30% of the full cost!

Staff was very professional, helpful, and friendly. Seriously above and beyond what I expected. One of the best customer service experiences I’ve had in many years. Ashley was the person who helped me pick out glasses and cashed me out and she was truly awesome.

This was the first time that I had went to SVS for an exam & glasses. They were very thorough & took great care of me. I will definitely go there again. I would also highly recommend SVS as the best place to go when someone needs an eye exam & glasses.

SVS in Imlay City is the best Vision Center I have ever been to. They are all friendly and kind. This is where I will always go for all of my vision care needs. Thank you very much for all you do. Im always very satisfied with the service you provide.

Friendly people from the minute I walked in the door and made appointment. Same when I went for appointment. Doctor was great. 1st time seeing him and sorry I can't remember his name. Professional and informative so no confusion in what's going on with your eyes. Will definitely return to this office now that I'm in the area. And will be in 5-7 days for glasses. Thank you all very much. Sorry Doc, I'll go through paperwork to find your name or get it on glasses pick up and edit this so you get the coodoos you deserve. Picked up glasses days before promised.
