Nacho's Taco House

I have been going to this place for years and I'm so very sad to say this is my last meal. They are closing their doors for good and it breaks my heart.

Best Mexican food around Michigan! You must eat here if you haven't already. Been eating here for year's and have never been disappointed. Great family restaurant with EXCELLENT food!

This Resturant has delicious authentic Mexican food. There corn chips are delish & hot sauce is made fresh and out of this world. This is a favorite of mine. Has a separate room in the back for large parties.

This is the best Mexican restaurant I have ever eaten at. The service is amazing wait staff is always keeping your drinks full the price is perfect and the owner will always come through and make sure you are having a great time. There is no other place that I would want to eat at.

It’s always delicious. Every single time. I’ve never had a bad meal and have had plenty of things on the menu. Mexican pizzas, wet burrito, grilled cheese (quesadilla), nachos taco, appetizers. You can’t go wrong. It’s not authentic as in corn tortillas and cilantro with onions, but it’s the next best thing.

Heads up- you pay for chips and salsa. It is stated on the menu so you cannot fault them for that... Anyway!
The wet burrito supreme is my go-to order. Very moist, and very large portions- only complaint it seems to be lacking in the cheese dept but I can move past that.
Very comfortable, laid back restaurant- hours arent great (They close at 8 during the week, and are closed Sunday and Monday). Always have good service.

Nachos is a restaurant close to my heart. The hispanic food as well as the service ordered here is divine and leaves me greatly gratified. It is such a blessing that Nachos is still around. May this jewel of a restaurant live in prosperity always. God bless you!

Update after 2020… they only do takeout. Hopefully someday they will reopen for dining.

(Pre 2020) This is a favorite place for my dad and I do have a father-daughter lunch. We always enjoy it! I especially like their chicken fajitas, the meat is very tender and juicy and absolutely amazing! The Waitresses here are very friendly and attentive too.

I love this place! It would have to be my favorite Mexican restaurant for miles and miles around! There chicken fajitas are AMAZING!! they are juicey, tender and flavorful. I always enjoy the rice too.. and the chips are great too! THANK YOU FOR A GREAT RESTAURANT!! Keep up the good work! :]

Nacho’s is a landmark in Imlay City. Tasty Authentic food cooked in a clean kitchen. Recently the prices have gone up. Of course they have, 2 years of pandemic supply and staff shortages mean the supply costs have gone up, usually by more than the menu increase. The Wet burrito is simply amazing and the chips are 100% homemade. The salsa is probably the best I’ve ever had.

This local, family-owned business has the best chips and salsa of any Mexican restaurant I have been to. The staff is always friendly and the service is fast. However, Nacho's has always been more expensive than other restaurants in the area, and it's good to be aware the prices have increased again due to COVID.

This place is the best. The wet burrito is excellent. Ignore any negative reviews you see, some people just don't have good taste. Nachos rule!

Amazing food nothing compares, people friendly, clean. This is the best Mexican food I've ever ate. Wet Burrito Supreme just melts in your mouth,Hot Salsa is amazing, the chips are one of a kind. I'd eat here everyday if I could. ❤

The fact they fry their own chips in house was a clue that the meal to follow was going to be fantastic. I had the burrito dinner (one steak, one bean/cheese). Husband had the Aztec taco entree. Both were good and spicy with amazing flavor. Definitely recommend if you're passing through. It's not far from Van Dyke.

My family and I absolutely adore this place! The staff is always so pleasant and friendly. They're amazing and their food is perfection. Their salsa and chips are delicious and always taste fresh. 10/10!

My absolute favorite mexican restaurant!! I have been going since I was a little girl! The Chips and Salsa are the absolute best! Can't beat them! Food is great too! But more tex-mex.

The waitress was friendly, attentive and knowledgeable. The food was amazing, great variety and the portions were a great deal for an inexpensive price to ratio comparison! I highly recommend this restaurant and will be returning for future meals!

Very good food and this place has been around for a long time recently they switched to carry out only which is a little annoying sometimes but the food is still delicious

The negative reviews on Nacho's Taco House are ridiculous. I've been eating there for over 25 years and Nacho's is the bar I set all Mexican restaurants to. I travel often and eat out often and have yet to find a Mexican restaurant that is as good. Sure, if you are looking for the authentic dishes this might not be your place. It is "americanized", for sure. The service has always been good. Their food is reasonably priced and the portions are good sized. Those complaining that it is too expensive haven't been to a fast food joint recently.
