I was very impressed with how quickly I was able to get an appointment after the new puppy ate my retainer. They entire staff was so welcoming and friendly. I was especially impressed with Dr. Havens. He seemed very knowledgeable but also very personable and caring. I was very pleased with my entire experience and highly recommend to anyone looking for orthodontics work. Thank you Havens orthodontics for the wonderful treatment!

I've not taken only one child here but two! Dr. Haven, his office, and staff are so warm and inviting. They make orthodontics affordable with a variety of payment plans and options. Dr. Haven is kind, informative, and makes his patients feel very comfortable. The office staff is welcoming and professional always. My kids love the Starbucks machine and the slushy machine. There is also video games available if you have to wait but honestly we've never waited long at all. Bottom line I would recommend them 10x over. Kudos on getting it right!!

Dr. Havens and staff are by far the best orthodontics office. I took my eldest son to an orthodontist down in the city and we had so many issues with his braces so when it came time for my daughter to have them I knew I was going to go local.
The staff are friendly and personable. Dr. Havens had a customer appreciation event, which in all my years of dentist, doctors, or professional services have never been invited to such an event. The office is fresh and remodeled. Couldn't ask for a better environment, staff, or orthodontist!!

It has already been over a year since my daughter's first appointment. The staff are very friendly. They get you in and out of appointments fast. The payment plan is very helpful. I love the convenient location and card/point system which is a great incentive for teenagers. I would recommend Dr. Havens to anyone.

Very nice staff, welcoming and accommodating. The office us bright and cheery. My son is 10 and always feels comfortable going back to get looked at and adjusted. If any of my other kids need braces, we'll go here!

I highly recommend Dr.Havens! He and his staff are always very friendly and professional! Their chair side manner is amazing with all children but I'm especially impressed with how they interact with nervous children! The front desk staff is also always very helpful, friendly and accommodating! We are greatful to have such a great experiences here!

Ok! SO I went in for a CONSOLATION ! Walked out with BRACES!!! That has to say something positive about my experience . The staff were very friendly and personable! They are like a family. They work great as a team! Never felt a negative vibe my entire visit. As for the doctor!!!! He too was kind and informative. Very easy going and he was actually singing to the music as well as his team. I would 100 percent recommend anyone who my be thinking about or have questions to Call Havens. Havens Orthodontics has a great atmosphere. They make you feel very welcome and at home. My teeth are looking better and better after every appointment. And on top of that Dr. Havens and the staff are all so nice and give you a warm welcoming!

Havens Orthodontics in Imaly City could not be any better. The staff treats their patients like family, and so funny. You walk in for an appointment and you never feel out of place. Not only is the staff great, but the other patients who go here are very nice as well. Dr. Havens is one of the friendliest, and funniest guys I have ever met. He truly knows what he is doing and he never fails to tell you what is going on, and makes sure you have a clear understanding of everything. You never will second guess any of the staff or Dr. Havens. Today, I got my braces off and I cannot be more pleased!! They never once failed me and I will be sure to make Havens Orthodontics my recommendation to anyone and everyone who asks where to go. By far hands down best of the best!! I'm going to miss coming in for my regular appointments.

They have a great friendly staff that is always willing to help. Dr. Haven does a great job at explaining everything to us and our kids. We are very satisfied with the work that they have performed on all of our children.

I just got braces almost a year ago and I was afraid at first but I went to Havens Orthodontics and I have had such an amazing experience with everyone there I am glad I got the braces! They have an awesome staff and I never have to wait when I have my appointments!
