I've had some not so great doctors before, but this office provided so much kindness. The doctor I seen today she actually listened to what I had to say, very teamwork friendly, she was very honest and I absolutely loved the nurses who talked to me and did my blood work, she was very gentle, had conversations with to make me feel at ease, very clean inside! I definitely will be coming here for years to come! 😋

I've been coming to GLBH in Imlay City, Michigan for years! The medical receptionist, Irma, is the main reason I keep coming back! She's absolutely wonderful at her job! I also really like Diana Hickey, the NP 😊. I hope she continues to practice there. She really cares about me and my health! She is a gem!

I haven't been to a dentist in like 20 yrs due to a Bad experience, But I have to say I just had 22 yes 22 teeth pulled and Omg I was so comfortable and Very satisfied with the turn out so far. Will be returning for my dentures. More to follow.

So I'm going to start out by saying the office was incredibly easy to find. I'm a worrier and driving places I've never been to make me nervous but it was almost a complete straight shot for me and I live in the thumb. There was ample parking, not too far from the entrance. There's handicap parking and no steps so if you need assistance going in and out there are no steps to worry about. The office is clean and sanitized. I had to use the bathroom and that too is in good working order and clean. The receptionist was very kind and extremely helpful with questions I had when filling out my forms. The girl that took my x-rays was super friendly, easy to talk to and answered any questions I had and reassured me when I was feeling a little anxious. The Dr. has an incredible sense if humor, wonderful bedside manner and explained everything I needed to know in a way that I would understand without making me feel inadequate. I felt very welcome there. The entire staff was delightful and helped ease my anxiety. I have full confidence that they will get my teeth fixed up no problem.

My 12 year old grandson has no nervousness with Great Lakes Dental even though he has had some very bad other dental experiences in the past. They are very caring at Great Lakes Dental.

Dr. Wittgens has been my primary Dr. For about 2.5 yrs. Everyone there is really nice and very respectful. I would absolutely recommend GLBHC to friends and family.

Made sure I was comfortable through the procedure explained every step before proceeding and made sure my pain was under control during the procedure discussed course of action before procedure did not try to make me do something that was not the best option.

The doctor works together with the patient to find the best route to health. The staff is very professional and always very happy to help in any way to make it a pleasant experience.

They are very friendly and thorough and they explained everything to me and I learned something new I feel comfortable there and I definitely will be back

I went and saw Diana hicky for the first time yesterday. She took her time and went thru my entire list of problems and solved every last one of them. Great bedside manner. Sara, the nurse, was awesome and im so happy I found a good Dr. I wont be looking anymore. What a relief
