I absolutely adore all the staff here. They always go out of their way make me feel welcomed and safe. I have never had a family doctor that created such a wonderful environment. From physical illnesses to mental health their team is always there to assist with kindness!

Susan is phenomenal- she takes the time to listen and explain things. The staff are wonderful! I am recommending this practice to everyone I know! Also love the portal- it is updated quickly and user friendly! ❤

Imlay City Family Practice is seriously the best 💜💜💜 Miss Susan saw that I was in the parking lot waiting for COVID and flu results. She took the time not only to wait and see what my results were herself but also to come out and see me because she knew me as her patient and that I deal with chronic sinus issues. She checked me out, called in a script and got me a note for work. I've been going here for over 5 years and really appreciate that they take care of ME.

I made the switch a few years ago and I am glad I did! Everyone here is friendly and knowledgeable during my appointments. I can also honestly say I haven't been left waiting to be seen while I am there or on the phone. I highly recommend ICFP to anyone considering a change in their GP.

I can't express enough how happy I am with ICFP! They go above and beyond for my husband, both kids (5 yo and 3 yo), and myself. They are completely thorough and always get me in for same day appointments when any of us are sick. They also have a lab, x ray machine and an ultrasound company that comes in so you don't have to go to outside sources. The doctors, nurses, and office staff are always friendly, helpful, and caring. I appreciate each and every one of them! Highly recommended!!

I'm really thankful to have found a family doctor so close to our home. I have loved all of the women I have seen there. They treat me like a person, they listen and take the time to discuss concerns as well as treatment options. They have cheered on my successes and encouraged me when I've gotten frustrated. I have been with them for 4 years now and feel very comfortable and happy with my care.

The best medical experience I've ever had for myself and my daughter. The female practitioners at Imlay City Family Practice are caring, warm, personable women. I never felt rushed, dismissed, or ignored. I've been lucky enough to see several of the practitioners and I really like them all. They've been able to see me quickly when needed and even a virtual visit when scared about systems. I highly recommend this office, everyone is kind, including the clerks and the assistants.

This office has been such a great and caring environment. The staff is always so respectful and helpful with my needs, they always call back and follow up with any concerns I have. They are great with following up on my health as well! This year this office was so supportive with mine and my husbands care during his diagnosis with cancer. If it wasn’t for Doctor Zelenak my family and I would have never had the time we did with him. The staff has always been amazing and they are nothing short of 5 stars! People need have patience with medical staff they work so hard to care for their patients!

Love this office. Receptionist are very professional, medical assistants are quick and the NP Michelle Simpson is awesome. She's very concerned about your care and listens to you and your concerns. My prescriptions are called in right away and by the next day I have an emailed summary of my visit. Love the portal.

Awesome practice! Great staff, all are extremely professional and follow up is great. Many wellness programs to help with chronic conditions. Sometimes you may wait but the providers will give you the attention and time you need with the utmost attention to detail.

Absolutely LOVE this office and the staff. After working in the medical field and having an interesting health history I had given up on finding a doctor or provider that could actually "help" me and care the way I needed them to. I was so wrong, I found the perfect fit for my family and I at ICFP. I have seen Michelle Simpson, one of the NP's and not only does she have a heart of gold she doesn't stop until she figures out what is going on. She takes the time to listen to her patients concerns. I have been a patient here for 5 years and I am not surprised this practice is expanding to make room for more patients. If you are looking for a GREAT PCP, look no further. =) Thank you ICFP for all that you do.

I’ve seen multiple women here and alway felt very content and happy. They are very kind, thorough, and attentive. I moved a ways away and still use them as my PCP and they always work with me even via telehealth and after hours!

Dr Zelenak and her staff are amazing. She has gone above and beyond to help with some major issues my son is experiencing. Hands down she is the one I want for my family. And her staff is so nice and helpful.

I was in need of a new doctor and wanted one close to home. I’ve only seen Susan Reuther, NP and have been very happy with her. She’s easy to talk to and been very thorough. Never have I had a problem with anyone that works there. They’ve all been friendly, polite, and professional.

After COVID-19 was ruled out Dr. Zelenak gave excellent care to my 93-year-old mother. She was seen the same day and a thorough exam was performed including bloodwork . Dr ZelenakI even called me herself to follow up on the bloodwork. We were very pleased with today’s service. Thank you!

We moved out to Lapeer county afraid we would struggle to find a great doctor's office for us. Imlay City Family Practice proved us wrong. Every member of the staff that I've dealt with has been very accommodating and understanding. We know we're in great hands when we have an appointment here.

This is the best Doctor I have ever seen not to mention her staff!!! I will never go to anyone else!! The staff was amazing!! So glad they are in my town!!!

The doctors and nurse practitioners are excellent. They are very caring and knowledgeable. Practice is run well and they can usually get you in quickly in the event of a sickness.
