Come in today with my 15 Silverado, they did there best to do the job. Informed me the oil filter was to tight to remove with out running into issues. Took care of me. I came home and put it on the lift to figure out the oil filter. And sure enough it was extremely tight. They did a great job, service was great. Thank you.

The workers here are super friendly and know what they're doing. One employee, who's been there awhile, because I remember seeing him there as a kid, made small talk with me while I was waiting for my oil change to be finished. They all take time to ask how you are doing, and even helped me turn off my change oil light again because it didn't do it the first time (my error). And to the people looking for a general price range, my oil change was about $43 and I got the basic.

Me and my boyfriend got our oil changed here and unfortunately my cap to my filter was stripped and they eventually got it off, and the manager went and got us a new oil cap from oreilys and he didn't even charge us for the cap. We appreciate the hard work and hospitality. They always take really good care of us and they always make small talk with me and my boyfriend. This place is the best place to go for an oil change. I highly recommend.

Everyone was so nice. I think it was the manager who took care of me. Fast, friendly, and super helpful. If i didn't live so far away, id always come back here. My dog was given a treat and she loved it.

We discovered Imlay City Lube about 10 years ago, when we first traveled from Ontario, Canada to vacation destinations in the US southwest. On one of our early trips I decided to get the oil changed (it was overdue) before hitting the grades in the Rockies, and looked for and found a Pennzoil Oil Change shop along our route. Within 30 seconds of pulling into the bay, we knew we made the right choice. The guys were fantastic, and Paul the manager, was the equivalent of a top end hotel's concierge service. Professional, affable, and knowledgeable. We now travel (when the border isn't closed) to them for all of our fluid checks and changes business. It's worth the drive to us, to get friendly top notch service, whether we're traveling a few thousand miles or just around town.

They do a great job and are really fast. They are very caring. We had purchased a used car and went to get the oil changed. The plug was bad so they didn't change the oil for fear they would wreck it. They apologized profusely. I was glad they cared enough to not wreck my car.

Went to get my oil change and they told me I had a pretty bad oil leak took pics to show me and let me take pics of the pics and suggested not to get the oil changed due to wasting the money when I get it fixed the oil would get dumped anyway they did add oil for me cause. I was super low and didn't charge me. Super awesome nice guys there will definitely be going back there for my oil changes after I get my problem fixed

HONEST Family run place with FAIR prices that actually tell the TRUTH! Usually family owned places charge more as no corporate backing. These guys do not. I stopped by an oil change place while visiting down south and was told I needed fluids changed. I politely declined. I went to MY people at Imlay City Lube Center and was told those fluids were just fine. I have a tire that runs low due to a bent rim. FREE air to all my tires at this place is just one of their services. If you are chatty, and there is not a line, they will chat. If you are not chatty, they are good with that too. No matter your chat level, work on your vehicle never stops. Very efficiently run. A cold water is always appreciated, thank you! I will continue to make the drive to this place no matter where I move to in the state of Michigan. I have nothing bad to say about them. HIGHLY RECOMMEND FEMALES COME HERE. You will NOT be taken advantage of or lied to. He has a daughter and is very pro women and will educate you if you would like the information. Bravo to the entire management and crew!

Even though I live 50 miles away. This was the quickest and smoothest process ever. The place I usually go to doesn't do everything this place did or as quick. I got a full flush from here and it only cost me around $35 compared to my usual place, a full flush is around $85. Haven't seen any issues with my car yet so I got the bang for my buck for sure.

Great service every time I go there. They are fast and friendly. After the oil change they show me my dipstick to show proof of correct amount of oil. I always go here

Got an oil change on the Trailblazer. fast, friendly reliable and knowledgeable.would recommend getting your oil changed here. Cost me $53 or so, though. 🥴

I went there tonight after work for the first time to get oil changed in my pickup. I was really happy with the quick service and all the employees were very polite and courteous. I defiantly will be going back !!

Very friendly and professional they get the job done right at a great speed. Would highly recommend if you're in a pinch and don't know where to go. They are my go to for my oil change.
