Sue and Steve. Great seminar at the sports show this past Saturday. Purchased some great exotic meat sticks. Couldn’t make up my mind which ones I wanted, so I bought them all.

In absolute must stop if you’re heading up or down M 53. Just absolutely delicious food and tons of unique and local options to choose from.

If you are looking for some really good BBQ, this place needs to be one your list.
The outdoor BBQ cabin serves up some delicious and generous portion items.
Plenty of outdoor seating and a bar if you want an adult refreshment. After your meal take a walk inside and try to buy something (I can't). The assortment of fresh meats and jerky will take you a while to go through it all. Something for just about everyone taste buds.

Amazing place with fantastic food. Their deer processing is second to none and the products produced are out of this world delicious. Everything they offer inside I would recommend. The options are endless. When you stop by, don't forget to visit the BBQ food "truck" out front. You won't regret it or leave hungry.

Great casual outdoor dining. My husband's sandwich, and my chicken wrap very tasty. Side of fries excellent. You can get an alcoholic drink if you want one, if not soft drinks available.

I love to go there. I bought some meat stix I had gotten camel, ostrich, Gator and Elk. They were so good. Love to taste different types of food.

Quite the place! So many choices! Elk, venison, pheasant. Just got home and tried the jalapeño cheese venison salami. Very tasty. Looking forward to the buffalo chicken brats with Bleu cheese on the grill. :)

This place is a must see! EVERY imaginable meat, jerky, sausage, smoked meats, wines, jellys and jams, the list goes on and on. You can't get out of there without spending $$$$$$. But WELL worth it!

What an amazing store in Almont, MI; so many smoked meats, fish, jerky, and so much more. It's a large store with a long butchered meat selection, deli, cheeses, dips, crackers, alcohol selection, and A-Z for entertaining. In warmer weather they have a famous outdoor barbeque where you can get pulled pork, burgers, sides, and much more. So much good barbeque comes out of a small stand....oh yum!

Love this place! Always the best treats here! They have Jams, BBQ sauce & Soups - along with all the other amazing food! Great service too!

Very clean and really nicely laid out with a lot of variety, everything tasted very good, very friendly staff, well worth a drive from Downriver and we will be back for sure, P.S. Thanks for the jump start your Equinox did a fine job.

My husband introduced me to this place and It's by far the best outdoor food I have had in the USA, the food is exceptional my favorite is the Big Bertha and I can never say no to the fries 😋

Everything I've ever gotten from there is amazing.. just placed and order and got it I'm a day .. awesome people . Definitely in love with the buffalo peppered jerky it's delicious 🤤.

Incredibly and wonderfully stocked meat and country setting type store with a variety of meats, cheeses and all kinds of sauces, breads, and snack food beyond a person's imagination, not to mention wine's, beer's and liquor that was unbelievably perfect to go with the food's they carry there. What was even more incredible was that everything was reasonably priced for such a fine selection of foods that you won't find anywhere else in Michigan, except I'm sure in their Bay City store. Oh and one other thing, the owner was there as he usually is, and is very helpful and friendly to all the customers in helping to find what they're looking for and how to cook those meat's to their optimal flavors. What a very pleasurable way of spending an afternoon. And don't forget to try out their outside dining, the food's are from inside the store and absolutely delicious with very friendly staff that are smiling while taking your order and making you feel like you're always a very important customer.

One of my favorite stops when I'm in Lapeer County. Wonderful jerky, beef Stix and other unique items. Their bacon is very delicious. In the warmer months...the BBQ truck has some awesome smoked meets for "dine in" or carry out. Well done!

Great smoked ham & turkey deli cuts, we like better than the grocery store. Be sure to check out the meat counter. I was pleasantly surprised at price & selection.

My sons found everything they could have wanted, and more! They don't carry any lamb or goat but what they did have was perfect. The staff is SO friendly and made for a better shopping experience. We'll definitely be back 😁

First time there. The food was delicious. I would definitely recommend Country Smoke House to those seeking a good meal. Also the staff was very pleasant.

Tried the lobster roll today. Was delicious! The lobster was nice & cold with a drizzle of the garlic-mayo, on toasted buttered roll. Perfect lunch on this 80 degree day.
