NUM Gourmet Desserts

This was my first visit to the Num store. I've purchased their sugar free products from grocery stores, but just recently became aware of their store front. The selection of sugar free products is insane! Brownies, cookies, cinnamon rolls, cheesecake. All products were beautiful and large portions. The flavors of their products are amazing! You will not believe they are sugar free. The staff was helpful and fun and kind. I will be back!

I have been living a low carb/ keto life for the last 4 years, trying to stay consistent is the hardest part when everyone around you is not. So I started my own IG account (@keto_day_one) in order to hold me accountable. I found so many wonderful pages to follow for inspiration and encouragement, NUM being one of them. A while back, they posted that they were doing a road show at Costco in California and it was the last day and it was all the way down in Laguna and I’m in Long Beach so I hightail it down to Laguna to try to make it before Costco closes, I was so happy I did. I bought up 4 boxes of the NUM goodies and was jaw dropped at how delicious they were. I was hooked, so when I eventually ran out I was super bummed but super lucky that they came back to California again this year! I already depleted my stash from one of those shows so will definitely be stocking up at one of the last 2 they have scheduled in March! I highly recommend NUM, they are beyond amazing. I’m hoping we can divert a family road trip through Utah so I can stop at their shop and buy some new products soon!

So grateful to have stumbled on Num Desserts, it has made my switch to gluten free, sugar free and low carb tolerable. Their desserts are amazing, I stop in anytime I’m in Logan and purchase several things to restock my freezer. The taste and texture on these and spot on and satisfy my occasional sweet craving.

So good! I've been keto 5+ years and have never had better keto desserts than Num Desserts! I ordered the 6 piece sampler that included both brownies and cookies. ALL of it was delicious. I also gifted one to a keto friend and she couldn't believe how good everything was. She kept asking me "are you sure these are keto?" 🙂

Their keto brownie is fabulous. Moist, flavorful, tasty. We will be buying again.

I am gluten sensitive but cheat about once a week. I saw this bakery for the first time accidentally and was going to stop in and eat a wheat cookie since I had just had a wheat meal. To my surprise, and dismay, it was a gluten free bakery. I HATE gluten-free substitutes. However, I have to say, these dessert cookies and bars are all sugar and gluten free. I'm not sure how they sweeten them, with monk fruit or what... but they are well balanced with sweetness. At least the peanut butter cookies are.

My complaints about typical gluten free desserts is that they usually have a base of rice, which is sweet, then they put in the same amount of sugar that they would normally add to a wheat flour, which is savory. If you are going to use rice flour, you need to lower the sugar. Well, this place does use a sugar substitute, I assume, but instead of hitting you in the face with sweetness....they are very subtly sweet, like the desserts in Europe. Well done! I'm not sure what flours they use, but it's likely on their website. I did try the Black Forest bar. The bar itself was not sweet at all, but only the icing was. It was a lot sweeter than I like, but normal people will consider it a normal sweetness. I prefer the cookies and already stopped in a second time.

Wow, what a beautiful bakery. They offer delicious yummy cookies, baked items, I believe, donuts, etc. Gluten free, sugar, free, all sorts of deliciousness! Of course they are expensive, but worth it. A little bit off the beaten path, but again worth it. I love this place! Keto, sugar free foods are not always that good, but in my experience, everything I’ve tried here is off the charts. Excellent! I highly recommend this bakery. Not your normal run-of-the-mill bakery though…Very different and very special.

Very friendly staff and the best keto treats around! We like to stock up and we keep discovering fun, new offerings. Especially love the ice cream and peanut butter cookies.

Amazing tasting Keto treats with very low carb count! I just wish we had more outlets to buy in the Salt Lake City area!

If you are like me you have tried every keto friendly treat out there.. Some are good and then some go straight in the trash. Lol But none have been as good as these bad boys.
Ever since I discovered NUM I have been addicted and will most likely be the only treats I keep in stock at home. I have to fight the urge to limit myself to one and even my family loves them. They are a local company and I am so happy I get to help support them. I love that they keep the classics around and release new amazing flavors monthly. The price is a bit high but considering the cost of the ingredients it makes sense. Plus, most people spent $5+ a day on their morning coffee. I spend my $5 on Num whoopie pies. Lol

I tried NUM for the first time today and it was delicious. The staff was super friendly and did a great job at answering any questions I had. They had so many different cookies and options in general. I got the double dough Whoopie - my hubby and I loved it! I am so happy to have sugar and gluten free treat options like this in town. I would definitely go back.

I have tried and tried to make my own sugar free and low carb treats. I always purchase a ton of random and expensive ingredients the internet says I need and then after an afternoon of baking they turn out somewhere between okay and terrible. NUM has been the solution!! I’ve never had such good sugar free treats! They ship quickly and never last too long in my home. Keep doing what you are doing!

If I were to give a suggestion of something to improve: on the variety packs, label each treat. I just ordered the year end 12 pack sampler and I’m playing detective each time I get one😊

I’ve tried several gluten free products and none come close to these!! And they are sugar free. Double win! The company is so great at listening to feedback that they even created a dairy free cookie for vegans! One thing I love is when they post polls on social media about what we would like to see more of which is pretty cool. I’ve read through some of the negative reviews and have a hard time believing them because this company is just so attentive to any problems I have had. The customer service is phenomenal and always gets back to me so quickly. I am a forever num customer!

Everything I order from this company has been great for my keto lifestyle. Does not raise blood sugar or anything. It all tastes delicious and really makes me feel like I’m not missing out. And they have a great variety!

These treats are DELICIOUS! I tried them because they are local, was able to have them when I tried the Keto diet and also had them when I had GD while pregnant. I don’t feel guilty when I eat these treats and the best part is they taste amazing!

I don't often leave reviews at all because generally products are "meh". I have to say that I am a chocoholic and it is one of the most challenging elements of staying in Keto for me. Here's what I love about NUM - the chocolate tastes like chocolate, not like sweetener! I love the texture of the desserts, the flavors and the variety. Please keep up the great work!

Love NUM! The staff is very friendly and the shop is cute and quaint. This is the go-to place in Logan for keto-friendly treats, as their desserts are made with alternative sweeteners and low-carb flour. We particularly enjoy the donuts and cinnamon rolls.

The only product I can't recommend is the granola mix—it's ten times too sweet for my tastes. But everything else we've tried has been fantastic.

I don’t know how they do it…. This stuff is better than the regular, sugar and carb filled versions. It is insane. Truly insane. I have tried the raspberry whoppie pies and the chocolate chip cookie cheesecake brownies. I also have the cookies with coconut and caramel, but haven’t tried them yet. These desserts make me believe that I may be able to actually stick to keto/low carb this time. **** I read some of the other reviews and decided I needed to “politely” edit my review. To the person who gave 2 stars because she felt that the price wasn’t worth it…… You saw the price when you purchased these and you knew what quantity you were getting. The price shouldn’t impact the review. The review is supposed to speak to the product. And I’m sorry honey, ain’t NOBODY making these at home. At least not this good. Lol

These are THE most delicious treats ever! Even better than "regular" treats. I don't know how they do what they do! I've tried making keto treats at home, they never turned out this tasty! Go visit them. You WON'T be disappointed!
