The absolute best vape shop in the Lakes Area! The owners are subject matter experts on every product they offer. I have stood in line a few times, listening to them talking to customers ahead of me about different products, and they REALLY know what they are talking about. I solely go to this shop for Nicotine disposables, but have learned a ton about their other products just by listening to other conversations.

Also, as a side note, absolutely sign up for their rewards system. If you consistently visit Masterpiece Alternatives, you will get some amazing rewards just for being a loyal customer.

Overall, they absolutely blow the competition out of the water on customer service, knowledge, and professionalism. The owners genuinely care about what they sell, and run an incredible business. 5 Stars, and I will always be a loyal customer.

I was getting some homeopathic medicine for a family member and Jen did an amazing job being informed and communicating that information with us. Alex was there to great us and was super prompt to try to help us with our needs. The place was well stocked, had a great atmosphere and couldn't be in a better location

I went in the store in el to purchase a detox drink but they didn't have any and thw owner brought one out to my house after the store closed I mean that's customer service very happy

Great place, juice flavors are top notch. I have bought juice elsewhere but nothing comes to the flavor quality of Masterpiece. (Update 2/1/22) Still a great place for vapes but now a CBD and Delta 8 shop!

I've been a customer at master for two year. I've never seen a vape store that can match there their juice quality and selection. And have I never experienced the level of customer service they're proud to provide, in Any Store. Side fact : I would still be a smoker to the day, had this store not been around. Thanks guys.
