Old Highway Auto & Cycle

Had an issue with my new tires going bald within 7k miles. Called the shop and asked if they had an opening on Monday. They said Tuesday would be better. Dropped it off at 6am. By 2pm I had a phone call into me on what the problem was (tie rod), what they did to fix it, and a total on the invoice (I gave them a budget, and if it was under just go ahead and fix it). This is the second time I've taken my vehicle to them, and once again they've soared beyond my expectations. Got to talk to the mechanic who worked on it (Carl) and he told me what he did to fix it and if I had any other issues to get a hold of him. Got to ask questions, shake his hand, and drive away happy with a sense of security that what I wanted done was done properly and for a fair price. This place doesn't look like much from the outside, but the people inside is what counts, and they earn every penny. Thanks again to everyone who made this happen.

Wonderful! Ron was able to get my car in, diagnosed and repaired in less than 24 hours. Totally honest about another issue the vehicle was having that he could have claimed to fix.
