Shoe Sensation

I told Julie, the assistant manager, I wanted a shoe with lots of cushion in the heal, my shoe size, and nothing else. Within minutes she had 6 or more styles for me to try and while I liked the look of all of them the third pair I tried on were perfect. I would have been there so much longer without her help and probably left frustrated with shoes I wasn't as happy with. She was so helpful and friendly she made it my best shoe shopping experience I've had in a long time and I left with shoes I love. Thanks Julie!

The sales associate was very helpful and knowledgeable about the shoes we was looking for. She found some for my wife and promptly looked up a pair for me. Didn't order them right then, but called in the next day and she happily placed the order.

Jessica at the Yankton, South Dakota store was very helpful and her suggestions for my orthotic inserts were good advice. I really appreciated the customer service I received and my shoes were shipped later that day.

Marty here from out of town. The young lady, Maddie who I worked was the most polite and accommodating person one could ask for. I had an issue with a particular shoe and the laces breaking at the loop on the shoe. We went through numerous pairs and she was helpful the whole time. We decided it was a shoe issue and she helped me find an alternative. So beyond helping with the issue she was wonderfully happy taking care of the whole thing. A wonderful face for the company and a really nice person who could not have been nicer. well done. Dr Matus

Would never do business with this place, its clear on reciept they take returns but within 30 days this store does not do fair for returns if no boxes but i got mine returnedafter reviewing reciept and told them
It’s clearly printed that returns can be made
