Made an appointment online and had good communication from Northtown. Arrived on time and only had about an hour wait which is not bad considering they check you car from top to bottom plus a car wash. They found 2 filters that needed replacing, showed them to me for my approval, and also replaced them at an additional cost, however. I know for a fact from other family members that some of the quicky oil change places don't check things out like they used to. It's just get in, drain the old oil, put in the new, give me the money, and out the door. It's nice to know there is still a place to go that will give you full service that you can drive away confident in a good job.
