ForageScape Farm

One of the bright spots in 2020 was the weekly trip to the Hopkins Farmers Market to pick up our online order of meat and eggs from ForageScape Farm. It was about the only outing we made for months. And now with winter, we can still place an order for pick up on Saturday mornings in Hopkins. My freezer is full of beef, pork and chicken so there's not need for random trips to the grocery store. And the eggs have no equal. Really appreciate the superior quality and the care that Andre takes with his animals. We've been loyal customers for at least 3 years. Sharing a photo from this summer. I discovered ForageScape during the pandemic, of course. But I will continue buying. Andre delivers to my home -- I get terrific eggs and meats. I love that I can buy directly from the farmer, and can support a family farm. All the food is fresh and delicious! I have tried eggs, sausages, roasts, chops, chickens.... It is all GREAT!!!

Hands down the best sausage/brats we have ever had! The smoke jalapenio/cheddar and spinach/feta bratsworsts are a couple of my family's favorite! I add them to lots of pasta dishes and it gives it amazing flavor!
I love how Andre and Morgan were patient and answered any of my questions about their ranching practices. They really care about their animals and it shows!

Yum! Make sure you try the Smoked Farmers Sausage if you want to experience what pork is supposed to taste like. The savory breakfast aromas will fill your kitchen and take you back to the good ol' days. Then after your sausage is cooked off, you'll want a few over easy eggs in the same pan just to soak up more of the flavors. Nothing unused, just like it's supposed to be on the farm.

By far, the best bacon and sausage I have ever had. Seriously. I'm a little sad now because nothing I buy at the grocery store will compare to the quality meat I had from this farm. Savory with a hint of natural sweetness, their bacon will have you hooked the second you take that first bite!

Foragescape Farm is on top of it’s game! Best breakfast sausages and Thanksgiving turkey I have ever had! All of the animals are free-range and living their best life. I highly recommend them for anything from eggs to chicken, to dog treats!

Absolutely the best meat we've had! Over the past year we have enjoyed the brats/sausages, bacon, turkey, chicken and eggs. The turkey was a major hit at Thanksgiving and we look forward to another for next year!

I started buying from ForageScape at our local farmer's market and my family has now taken to calling them "our farmer" - we love that we are supporting a family farm and that they are passionate about what they do and why/how they do it. Their products are amazing and I couldn't recommend ordering from them enough!

The canadian bacon and the brats we purchased were the best we have ever eaten. Having free-range meats is important to us and we will difinitely order from ForageScape Farms again.
